BEWARE of BAIT AND SWITCH! I ordered marble carrara hexagon tiles for my bathroom and when they arrived they were the wrong ones! Instead of replacing them or refunding me they avoided! Claimed the "manager" was on vacation...for weeks! Also there is no phone number to a "head office" or anyway of contacting anyone above the regular staff. Only a general email where some random person by the name of Shella replies from her iphone and refused to describe herself! BEWARE!

I have been to this shop about 3 times. I like your selection but availability is an issue. I was treated very well by Olivia and Magy. They both did their very best to help and when they did not know, they asked someone who knew. Olivia tries very hard and is still learning, but I found her friendly and approachable. I would shop here again.

we received excellent information during our initial visit and subsequently returned to purchased tiles. When installing the tiles we found that we were short 3 tiles and rushed back just at closing time. Kevin found the tiles for us in the back and Laura advised on the right grout to purchase.

As soon as I caught an employee's eye from across the room, he headed over, found the tile I needed to locate, made the grout and glue choice very simple and the guy loading my vehicle (George) was quick and very kind. This was my first and hopefully not last experience with Tile Shoppe.

I bought my backsplash from you guys and I just wanted to say that it was just the best service. George was quick and polite however the grout I wanted was sold out. Lewis then took the time to find the right grout and even corrected the price on my tile since i was overcharged the first time.

Fantastic service and I WILL shop there again.

The service was excellent and staff were helpful. We did have challenges with my order but all the staff handled it well. The team was on top of things regardless.

All staff were friendly and helpful, from tile selection to pick up. Rob and George loaded the tiles in my car and added that personal touch. Tile Shoppe prices are great and I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase tiles.Thank You! Judy
