I am an interior designer and have always had a good experience with Tile Shoppe. They are friendly and easy to work with. They are communicative and respond to my e/mails quickly. As a designer, I have to be extra-particular about tile uniformity and quality and have never been disappointed with Tile Shoppe. The prices are also very good and it enables me to stretch a client's budget further, while ensuring they receive beautiful tiles.

I went into the Tile Shoppe for the first time on Tuesday and I was very impressed with the staff. We were greeted immediately as we entered the store by Job and Lenn. The staff was very knowledgeable about the amount of what we needed. I purchased some paints which Lenn noticed we were looking at and promptly informed us that they were just going to be marked down(talk about perfect timing) we couldn't decide on color choices and Lenn offered to hold them for us. I returned to the store Thursday and was greeted by Sharon and Job( who remembered that I had purchased the paints 2 days prior),they both were extremely helpful in mixing my paints and Job help me to put them in my vehicle. Great customer service guys, I would recommend the Tile Shoppe to my family and friends.

I was looking for a good quality travertine stone at a great price and that is what I found at the Tile Shoppe. I had gone to several other store first with no luck: either too low quality, wrong colour or too expensive for my budget.
The service was very good.
The only "pain" with dealing with the Tile Shoppe is that all sales are final on everything. You can't even return an unopened bag of grout! But apparently the reason is that this policy is partly why they can offer such low prices.
And the prices are very, very good, IMO, and so I'm delighted with having chosen this vendor.

Very knowledgeable staff, really quick service. My husband can never make a decision but when he saw the suggestion the sales associate brought for our back splash he was convinced in minutes. We also realized it was approx $5 cheaper than Home Depot for the glass tiles we were originally looking at. We went with a stone suggestion and are looking forward to having it up soon. I would absolutely recommend this place.

We are a Design/Build renovator and we find great tiles for our clients here. They always seem to have the latest styles. We shop at both the Kincourt and Jane street stores. We have bought wood flooring, shower bases, marble jambs and loads of tile, mortar and grout. The prices are good and the service is friendly and helpful. Job is always helping us to get the best deals and loads up the truck for us.
We highly recommend this place.

Yesterday I went to Modern Sensibility in Toronto to find a new sofa for my condo. My friend has a modular sofa from them with storage and I need something with storage! I ended up hanging out in the store for about an hour. The staff were really friendly and the sofas were all perfect for my small space. Eric is soooooo helpful and knows everything about couches. I eventually got something and will get it delivered next weekend.

I was looking for a good quality travertine stone at a great price and that is what I found at the Tile Shoppe. I had gone to several other store first with no luck: either too low quality, wrong colour or too expensive for my budget.
The service was very good.
