Rasheeque was incredibly helpful in getting me set up with my storage unit. I had been shopping around and looking at several places, but after meeting him and seeing how clearly he explained everything I feel confident in storing my stuff here knowing that this place is being managed properly.

This StorageMart location is very well run and organized. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. Rasheeque and Mr. Singh were both extremely helpful and professional. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process simple and efficient. You can tell the location is properly managed and the team knows what they’re doing. Great customer service overall. I would definitely recommend this place.

Rasheeque is really helpful and patient. It is our first time to rent, and he explains all the things clearly. We forgot to prepared some documents and he helps us and guides us to prepare for these things!!! Really really recommend his service and thanks him

Edit: people trying to rent work units make a note, 50% increase in rent after 3 months. Initial rent is a bait to just make people move in and settle down I guess.

Rented a unit after shopping around , Manager Rasheeque helped me with all my questions , process is smooth and easy

The unit is good and we'll priced for my needs. Excellent location.

The staff is amazing, they are friendly, quick to reply, and very helpful.

Downside, my unit was filthy with debris and rodent droppings. I had to clean it before I moved in. The women's washroom does not look like it's been cleaned in months. The toilet seat is I'll fitted and needs replacing, and everything needs a good cleaning.

Sing and Nick helps me to find right space to my needs. Sing was punctual always responsible and respectful. He followed up with me to make sure I have the required documents to get the deal.
Before we do the contract he showed me few units. And explain me everything. Very happy with my new unit looking forward to start my new business.

My warehouse for my business has been here for 2 years and Cody has gone over and above to make sure we had what we needed. Don't know what I'd rate the place if Cody wasn't managing the property but all in all, great commercial space for start ups an small businesses

Cody at the 375 Middlefield Rd. location is absolutely amazing! I just got myself a new bigger workshop space and he made the experience very easy. I had a shop here back in 2016 for a year and he recognized me when I walked in the door. Great service and I would highly recommend!
