We have been customers for quite a few years now. I have to say convenient location, security, safety, are some of the main reasons that we still rely on Access, Being able to access our locker at any time of the day is also a plus. Caring staff, that are helpful.

I had an amazing time at Access Storage! The store manager and assistant store manager were super friendly and helpful. They explained everything to me, showing me how to access the storage. I was using storage for the first time, and they made it so easy. Plus, the rates are really affordable!

Just rented a 8x10 unit with Altaf and Kaushal at Access Storage, got an amazing promotion according to my needs and also they have some really great different promos available that one should check. Also they explained me about how I can earn upto $100 as a referral bonus. And the Client hub application is just amazing and so convenient. Great staff, good price and the facility is very clean. As a cleaner and visiting this location wow. Its clean and maintained, got a small mini unit and its clean. The staff took the time to show me around and answer all my questions. Even give ideas to help with my move in. I got a few items to pack my stuff so it doesn't break. I have gone to StorageMart and even public storage but none could compare to the staff at this location. Thank you Tony for a great tour.

Hello World. Above n Beyond. Yesterday I had the pleasure of doing business with Regina and Tony. They are fabulous , extremely professional and courteous. They are really pleasant and accommodating , they gladly showed me the different unit sizes that I asked for. They happily explained to me the difference in price and capacity. They genuinely took the time to understand my needs, and gave me great advice, along with the outstanding service and the best price. They truly made it a seamless experience for me and my family. I had a terrible experience with Access Storage. Their website advertised the "first 4 weeks free" offer, so I reserved a unit online Friday night and was charged immediately. Customer service called to confirm my reservation and all payment details.

But the next morning, I got a call from Regina at the Scarborough location. She rudely denied everything, refusing to honor the promotion or the information given by their own customer service team. Instead, she insisted I had to pay the full amount upfront.

This company doesn’t stand by its own offers or treat customers with respect. Beware and avoid!

Be very careful with this place—full of misleading advertising and spam. Their website advertises "first 4 weeks free," so we made an online reservation based on that. We received a call from customer service confirming our reservation and payment details, giving us all the required information to book a unit.

Then, just 15 minutes later, we got another call from Regina, who rudely contradicted everything. She completely disregarded their own website's offer and what their customer service had promised. No free 4 weeks—she said we had to pay in full upfront.

This company does not honor its own advertisements or promises. Beware and avoid this place at all costs!
