It was a hot Saturday, when I came in from Toronto. I had previously secured a storage unit, in preparation for the move. I thought it was large enough to fit my contents, so I was not worried.
After a long day helping and battling with the movers (they were from Toronto also), and navigating the 401 traffic from Toronto to London, I arrived right before the office closed, roughly 4pm.

Rebecca and Paul were tending to the office, and I am so grateful that they were. I have had pleasant experiences with all employees, at Access (White Oaks), but if it wasn’t for them, I would have been stuck and it would have amplified my stress level.

I needed another locker, and I did not want to go to another location. Rebecca made sure that I was able to secure another unit, 2 units down from my original one.
She maneuvered and did everything possible to make this happen for me, which considerably eased my stress.

She noticed that I was nervous, as any move is. She stayed after hours to ensure that I was ok, and her and Paul kept my movers on the straight and narrow.

Rebecca went above and beyond, and when she says “I got u,” she means it!
If it wasn’t for Rebecca and Paul, I would have definitely had a melt down, as my movers were not very helpful.

I would never use another Storage facility, because of the experience I had with Rebecca. Also with Paul. My movers did not listen to me, but they surely listened to him.

Thank You Rebecca!!!!! You are amazing in every way.

The people inside are great and have a sense of humor! They asked for ID so I sent photos of myself with said ID while holding a beer, they only gave me grief about not having time to do the same lmao. Great experience and it's gonna continue till I don't require storage!

I planned to move my things to Access storage as I heard wonderful comments about it .
On the day of moving , my movers told me that my unit which is medium will not be sufficient for my things and that I should get a bigger one , so I and my brother went over to the White oaks branch , I met Rebecca who helped me kindly to upgrade to a larger one. I remember that day I was tired , my head was spinning with so much going on , but Rebecca helped me smoothly, she was so good and kind , I was overwhelmed by that and so grateful as well. I truly appreciate the help provided to me , she kept saying " I got you" and that one sentence somehow bought peace to my overflowing thoughts. She offered me the best price for the unit as well which again helped me abundantly. I am glad I choose Access storage and I recommend everyone to go for it without any doubt.

I especially like the reduced rate for 12 weeks. Using the storage unit allowed us to move things out of our condo to allow us to complete renovations.

I am extremely disappointed with Access Storage, particularly the White Oaks Rd location. The staff are unprofessional and very rude—especially the manager, Healy, who was completely disrespectful.

Here’s what happened: I called one week before my three-month promotion ended to ask if I could keep my vehicle for one more month. I was told that she would speak with the manager and get back to me. I waited for a week, but no one ever called.

When I followed up, I was told that I could not keep my vehicle there. I accepted this and planned to move it. However, when I arrived on March 2, I was informed that I had to pay late fees and a full month’s fee because the new month had already started. This felt intentional and extremely unfair.

Overall, this location is not worth it to use. I would not recommend to anyone

We got a great deal on a 3 month rental.

We were very happy with the assistance we received from the staff, especially Rochelle, who helped us with securing a storage unit for our sports car. She went over and beyond to explain the procedures, securing systems and access to the storage units so we were comfortable with everything. We would definitely recommend this location to others who are interested in storing their “special” vehicles.

I used this location to store my things for a year when I did a work term while studying at the university. When I returned to unload all my things, a bunch of my stuff came out moldy due to the unit I was given having a brick wall on the side which was evidently not properly insulated. When I showed the staff working they agreed with us that the issue was the brick wall, but when I filed a complaint the company refused to provide any compensation for the damages and claimed it wasn’t their fault. Also, to be clear, I was paying for insurance every month as well. I had to throw out clothes and a bunch of my fairly new furniture was ruined. DO NOT use this company. They offered no apologies, no help and no sympathy for the situation.

Communication with a male representative was the worst, because what we agreed on the telephone, versus when I go there to access my belongings, he said at the gate on speaker I cannot access. The female management at this location needs to be under review as her professional isn't there either & blames her mistakes on her fellow employees as to why her job wasn't completed properly! DO NOT recommend access storage.

I can’t believe they charge you 4 late fees for one payment that is late for 2 weeks that is robbery.

The best storage facility in London!!!
Great location!
They have the most reasonable prices and First month free really only an admin fee of $30 plus the lock if you don’t already own one for $21. I will continue to use Access Storage for now on. I recommend to everyone!
They also have awesome staff as well.

Paul was great to deal with and made the process quick and painless. He allowed us to pre-view the 8x10 storage unit that we had booked over the phone & it was a bit smaller than what we had envisioned but he was happy to show us a 10x10 and it was exactly what we needed. He modified our contract without any complaint or hassle and we are very happy with it especially since we can access it ourselves 7 days/week using a code for the security gate.
