Great experience with Access Storage. The facility is clean, secure, and very well maintained. The staff were friendly… Ede is always a pleasure! Very helpful, kind and she made the whole process of renting a unit quick and easy.

We appreciated how straightforward everything was and felt confident that our belongings were safe. The exit process was amazing as well- we only paid for time used and didn’t incur any fees upon leaving. Would definitely recommend Access Storage to anyone looking for reliable storage in the area.

Only reason to rent a unit is Ede the store manager- the best customer service ever. Longtime client and have previously reviewed. Access Storage increased their fees in December 2025 after mothballing their office in July. Fewer services, used to have access to a washroom no longer. I voiced my concerns that staff were no longer on site and maintenance would no longer be upkept.

Zero oversight. Half the lightbulbs were burnt out in my enclosed unit today and found a dead mouse (no food). Thought maybe I did something wrong, met a fellow renter today with a dead mouse in her unit (visually confirmed and the renter took photos). So a vermin infestation which means lax maintenance standards. Yep vermin infestation great poop all over.

So if you want to pay almost $200 a month for dead mice and mice droppings (spent hours and money cleaning today buying brooms traps and gloves), poor maintenance and oh the front gate was stuck beeping for hours before I notified staff meaning anyone could walk in and basically cut the lock off your unit and steal your stuff, then this facility is for you.

Edit- why bother sending an email? I have tried calling your dm in December regarding the price increase never heard back, same as another reviewer. When I and others reach out the only one who does isnonce again, Ede.

So you want me to send an email despite deflections? Sure why not

**update. The snow issue has been addressed and resolved! Thank you so much!!
During the winter months a snow bank was built up directly in front of my unit making it difficult to access my belongings. I notified management of this and it was not addressed. My husband also had to shovel a pathway to our unit to access our stuff on several occasions. Needless to say we have now switched to a different location for our storage needs

Update: The move out of the unit was smooth and easy. The staff were very kind and professional during the move out process! Will definitely be renting here if and when I ever need to again!

They have all moving supplies and even recommended a great moving company!
