This is the best storage facility hands down! I have had various units here over the past 5 years, and have always been happy. Not only is it clean and well maintained, the staff are great. Syed always goes above, and beyond to help me. This time I had the pleasure of meeting Abhinav who was also extremely helpful. After speaking with Syed and Abhinav, I left (once again) with exactly what I needed. I can't recommend them enough!

We had an amazing experience with Syed today. His communication was clear, friendly, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He took the time to walk us through all the locker options we needed to see, never rushed us, and answered every single one of our (many!) questions with patience and clarity.
What really stood out was how much confidence he gave us about storing our personal belongings here. We came in with a lot of concerns, but Syed went above and beyond to put our minds at ease. His professionalism and kindness made the entire process smooth and stress‑free.
Because of him, we felt completely comfortable renting a unit here. Truly outstanding customer service.

At the beginning, I had a very good experience. The process was fast and convenient—I was able to rent the unit over the phone in less than 20 minutes. The location is clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated.
However, the experience became frustrating afterward.
I chose this place because of the 3-month discount. During the phone call, I accepted some additional fees, but I was clearly told that the protection plan was not mandatory and could be added later if I wanted. Based on that, I agreed and signed the paperwork.
Today, I received my bill and saw that the protection plan was added anyway.
When I called, the person who answered introduced himself as the manager and told me the plan is mandatory. When I explained what I had been told before renting, he said he is not responsible for what other staff told me and even asked, “Did I talk to you?” He then repeated that I have to follow the contract.
He was rude, dismissive, and did not try to resolve the issue.
What’s most concerning is this: how can a manager not take responsibility for the information given by their own staff? Customers rely on those conversations when making decisions.
Overall, the first impression was good, but the extra fees being added step by step and the poor handling of this issue made the experience very disappointing and surprising.

Always clean. Never any problems with access or with billing. Staff regularly tour the facilities inside and out to make sure that everything is secure and well maintained. Only left because I don't have a need for a storage unit any longer.

Syed made the process of closing my locker fantastic , the staff here were helpful and very understanding. Always available and great customer service. I can’t recommend storage mart enough and the reasoning being how good the customer service from employees such as Syed. Would highly recommend!!!

Im leaving this review for Richard Falle, we have been at the facility for a couple of years now, the property is always well maintained. The staff do security rounds throughout the day, management is always helpful and friendly and goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with your unit and the facilities. Always quick to give you tours of other units to make sure your need are always satisfied. Syed the manager is always a pleasure to talk to, I have now made it a habit to pop in and say hi anytime I visit my unit.

We rented storage for several months in advance of moving homes. Syed was professional, cordial & supportive throughout the rental process & always wore a smile. I had a reasonably peaceful experience at StorageMart years ago, Syed worked there then too, but he is a VERY dishonest man now. The staff on site, Abhinav is almost worse. He's just a nasty, rude, lazy person who treats his customers like they are expendable. My whole experience here has been a massive nightmare that I deeply regret. I stayed only one month, since it was paid for, and happily gave up the unit (and it's short-term promotional pricing) in favour of Access Storage, w
Which ensures better customer service, better long-term pricing, and safer storage that's actually the size I paid for. I have been thrilled with Access Storage, not a single complaint. The guys there are fantastic! This is in strong contrast to the horrible, dishonest treatment I've received at StorageMart. They rented me a unit significantly smaller than what I paid for. AND it was not heated as advertised, so my belongings froze. Not to mention that just walking in the driveway is like walking on a skating rink! Super dangerous!!! My whole experience with StorageMart has been completely awful! I ended up spending significantly more than I would have, just because I had to rent a truck, rent a different unit, and take time away from my work to move AGAIN to a different storage provider so that I could get away from this nightmare. I am reporting them to the BBB. Stay away and save yourself the trouble!

Don't fall for Syed's little act. He seems super nice, respectful and professional, but he is a liar! This place scams people!!! The units are way smaller than advertised, NOT heated, no lights, and the staff are absolutely horrible. Stay away!

The unit I have rented from this location was close to the door for easy loading, and climate controlled to keep my items safe. The place is secure as the wonderful staff patrols it! The amazing staff on site are great and very helpful. My short term rental went smoothly. Thanks!
