Public Storage in Oakville provided a clean, safe, dry and pest free space for my stored household and personal items. The woman who works there is lovely - responsive, helpful and hardworking. The annual increases should be reconsidered for longer term unit holders versus providing incentives for new short-term customers.

Had an amazing experience at Public Storage today.
Salesperson (I'm ashamed I didn't get her name) was beyond terrific,,,she was a SUPERSTAR!

Had to get some packing supplies and she was super helpful. Informative, professional, on point to my needs and helping me ensure everything was covered.

She even helped bring my supplies to the car - where do you get that kind of service today??? Amazing 😍

This is in sharp contrast to the U-Haul outlet across the way, where I'd gone previously and felt so ignored & that I was doing them a favour by choosing to bring my business to them...No More!

Reserving a unit or doing any adjustments is very easy and straightforward. They never try to charge or sell me anything unnecessary and help me out whenever I have questions or concerns or hint me on any deals. When my lock froze in the winter they were quick to give to the stuff to defrost it and unlock without any hassle. The price will always be the price of these units, but the staff here and customer service are always top tier.

We have been customers at this facility for several years for both business and personal reasons. Recently we downsized the space we needed. At every step from the initial contact by phone for information, securing the new contract in person, and making the move, we received exceptional customer service and meticulous efficiency by all the staff. The team at public storage at 1333 north service rd w in Oakville are great. We have been building a house for the last three years and have had all of our contents in storage with them. The facility was always clean and accessible. Today I emptied my last locker and Ann the property manager was very courteous seeing me off. They always accommodated any requests and they were a pleasure to deal with.

Public Storage Oakville was a great experience for my first time getting storage. The assistant manager, Jen, was great at ensuring everything went smoothly and letting me know what all the options were and the process behind everything. I felt comfortable making a decision that worked for me, she spelt out the costs behind everything so there were no surprises and showed me how to the use they key for my unit :)

I was able to easily reserve a unit in the size and location I needed online. When I went to complete the paper work on site, I received friendly, polite, professional and efficient service by Noah. He showed me the unit, reviewed my storage needs to ensure that the size of unit selected would work best, and guided me through the completion of all forms. He patiently explained all terms in the forms, answered my questions, and helped me select insurance and a lock. I never felt rushed, and I feel safe and confident storing my possessions at this location.

Had an amazing experience working with the staff at this location. They were super nice and made sure I was fully aware of what to expect when renting a storage unit from start to finish. Anne M. specifically was super helpful when my car battery died while parked in storage, she went out of her way to help boost my car with her personal vehicle and also offered that I take her spare set of booster cables which was greatly appreciated! Great experience from start to finish, I will definitely be going back if I ever need to rent a storage unit again!
