Had a bit of a mixup with a unit that was rented to me, huge thank you to assistant store manager Brittany and the store manager as well. They resolved my issue in less than 5 minutes of me being there , they were extremely polite, I would come back here just for the customer service alone.

Had a really great experience renting 2 different vans and moving equipment from this location! All the women who helped us out were communicative and answered all our questions, pick-up and drop-off were smooth, and the equipment was functional. Close out your account and check your receipt carefully BEFORE LEAVING

I rented a truck for a one-way move and came away with a very poor impression.

First, the rental was significantly more expensive than I expected. Because I was dropping the truck off in a different city, I was told that the rental had to be booked as a package that included a 15-foot truck and a 48-hour rental period, even though I only needed a smaller truck for 24 hours. I understand that one-way rentals have different pricing, but I was frustrated that I was paying for substantially more truck and rental time than I actually needed.

I was also charged an environmental fee that was never mentioned when the rental was arranged. I accepted the higher cost because I assumed that was simply how one-way rentals were structured, but the problems that followed made the entire experience feel like a series of unnecessary charges and inconveniences.

In addition, when I asked how much fuel I would need to replace what I used, the employee's recommendation was wildly inaccurate. I followed his advice and ended up returning the truck with far more fuel than it had when I picked it up. When I later asked whether I could be credited for the excess fuel, I was simply told that U-Haul does not do that.

The most frustrating part happened when I returned the truck. I dropped it off on June 8, handed over the keys, and watched the employee walk directly to the truck with a clipboard. The location was not busy. There were multiple employees at the counter and one customer.

I later received an emailed receipt showing that the truck had supposedly been returned on June 9, resulting in a late fee of $45. I almost didn't open the receipt because I assumed it was simply a confirmation that everything had been settled. Had I not checked it, I would never have known about the charge.

When I returned to the location to dispute it, I explained that I had a timestamped photo showing the truck in their lot when I returned it. The employee at the counter didn't even need to see the photo. She immediately refunded the charge and explained that the return had apparently been entered later than when the truck was actually dropped off.

While I appreciated receiving the refund and an apology, I was still left wondering why a truck returned on June 8 was recorded as being returned on June 9, and why I had to spend additional time and fuel making a second trip to correct the mistake.

What bothers me most is that if I had not carefully reviewed the emailed receipt, I would have paid the extra charge without knowing there was a problem. Customers should not have to audit their receipts to catch errors after returning a vehicle.

My advice: do not assume everything has been processed correctly. Check your final receipt carefully and verify that the return date and time are accurate before considering the rental complete. They have your credit card number and they will use it.

Had to leave a review because Gaurav, Fatima, Courtney, and GM Michelle were all awesome. Gaurav helped me figure out what size truck I actually needed (I was way off, lol). Fatima was super nice and walked me through everything without making me feel rushed. Courtney at checkout was quick and friendly, and Michelle (the GM) clearly runs a good crew – everyone was chill but professional. Moving is stressful but they made it way easier. I would highly recommend this location. These perfect individuals are the only ones who can make a difference

Rented multiple times in this location, never had a problem. All details were explained clearly, it was an easy rent and return transaction without using an app. The storage building i went was also neat. I had a great experience.
