I’ve had such a great experience with Access Storage. Christopher is incredibly kind and always makes sure I have exactly what I need. Mahek is amazing patient, hardworking, and always ready to help without hesitation. You can tell they genuinely care about the people who come in. It’s rare to find a place where the whole team makes you feel comfortable and supported, but Access Storage does exactly that. I’m really grateful for their service.

Excellent experience with Access Storage! I made a reservation and received a follow-up call shortly afterward. The same day, I was able to visit the facility and secure my storage unit without any hassle.

The entire process was seamless from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful, making everything quick and stress-free. It’s rare to find customer service this good these days.

Mehak
Was wonderful. So personable. Very helpful. She took away all my stress and worries.
She was patient with me. Her suggestion to walk in and look at units was very timely. I needed to move in 24 hours and everything was signed and set up right away.

As a note, she gave me very useful tips on how to move and get organized effectively which was really needed as this was the first time going through this process.

She explained pricing, walked me through the units and the different options, and we discussed my needs now and even thinking what things would look like after a few months.
The location is clean, very accessible from
The highway is close by.
The turn to enter is abit tricky but slow down and youll see the drive way.

If there are any recognitions for staff, Mehak deserves recognition. Her customer service is top notch. I didnt even bother looking else where, from her first call to me meeting her in person I was at ease. Thank you. Ill be referring to other friends and family!

I had such an amazing experience with Mehak at Access Storage. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. She walked me through the entire process, showed me everything properly, and answered every question I had with so much patience and care.

Even after I came back with more questions, she continued to be just as supportive and accomodating. Honestly, this was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Raghav middha is very poor assistant at access storage i called 2-3 times before the expiry date of my unit but he didn’t pickup the phone but when the expiry date passed he picked up the phone charged late payment for one day i was not happy but i had to pay i did call him before the expiry date but he did not pickup the phone when i went there he was there he said i don’t know if you called he is very unresponssible person i am not happy with him. he is unrespectfull and he tried to charge me everything possible as a customer he should help me out my suggestion is not to deal with the person

I am extremely disappointed with the handling of our situation by Access Storage. Following the fire on January 28, almost three weeks passed without any formal communication regarding our unit or our salvageable belongings. We were not proactively informed of updates and had to initiate contact ourselves.

Despite multiple emails and phone calls, we received little to no response. We have also been redirected to several different individuals, with no one taking clear responsibility or providing concrete information.

The continued delay is deeply concerning, as the longer our items remain unattended, the greater the potential for further damage. In situations involving customers’ personal property, timely communication, accountability, and urgency are essential. Unfortunately, this has not been our experience.

Very friendly service with attention to kindness and details. I found this product valuable and a great location.

Getting 4 stars only because there were some major potholes that required careful manoeuvring.

The storage units were clean, and no bug infestations to be worried about.

I found this place to be safe.

How a company should be run! From my phone call to their call centre, to the follow up phone call ( within 5 minutes!) from the manager of the specific location I was storing my vehicle to my interaction with the facility on my initial visit and storage was simply outstanding. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly efficient. I truly wish all companies operated in this manner!

PLEASE READ!! I have to write this to ALERT AND WARN new storage users of the potential risks of using of Access storage. I used them for a year I met Mitch ( regional store manager ) and Vince ( the acting store manager at the time) it's Tyler now. In June 2024, my STORAGE UNIT WAS BROKEN INTO, majority of my items including my expensive computer gear and treasured family objects were stolen! the manager didn't alert me so I found out by complete surprise and he said "he was getting to it but forgot". I filed a police report the same day as I was told to and asked the regional manager Mitch to file an insurance claim. ( yes I was paying insurance ).
It's December 2024 guys, I've had to call over and over again, send emails again and again. I've still gotten no answers. I never received compensation and I'm being blown off again and again. I'm completely devastated, but if you can learn from my experience then it'll save you thousands and heartache.

Just a quick review regarding this specific location. I'm glad that I have picked at random Oakviille location. During a visit I was greeted with very knowledgeable and attentive staff that assisted me with showing the unit and making sure the car will fit for storage. Before signing up agreement everything was explained to me with no pressure and all the options. Very positive bunch of guys. Highly recommended (even if it's further away from your home). 5 Stars from me.
