⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Experience at Public Storage

I had an amazing experience at Public Storage, and I especially want to thank Katherine for her outstanding help. From the moment I walked in, she was extremely professional, friendly, and patient. She took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me choose the right unit, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Katherine truly goes above and beyond for customers. You can tell she genuinely cares and takes pride in her work. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and secure, which gave me great peace of mind.

If you’re looking for storage, I highly recommend this location—and definitely ask for Katherine. Thank you for such excellent service!

I came into Public Storage today looking for a better rate for storing extra household items, as our current storage facility prices were too expensive.

My husband and I were both greeted by Kawish the customer service representative working at the counter. He was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the unit’s availability, pricing and unit sizes that would best fit our current needs. He was even kind enough to take the time to show us what the units looked like before we committed. He explained everything with in great detail.

Thank you Kawish for taking the time to serve us today. Your patience and professionalism along with your competitive pricing made this decision even easier.
