I had an amazing experience at Public Storage on South Sheridan Way! Katherine was absolutely wonderful to deal with — professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days, and Katherine truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend this location — make sure to ask for Katherine if you visit!

I was placed in a personal position where I needed 3 months of storage for my 1992 Corvette awaiting special service from a supplier. My car was in storage for 3 months. The staff were friendly and protective of my property and made personal contact on occasion when I unexpectantly moved my car for a few days of unexpected service. Thank you staff for all your support and help with my storage project. It’s going to Florida for the winter next month

The booking and move-in process was great! I booked my storage online but I got a call from the location and Kavish explained the next steps in detail which left me with no questions which was great. When I was at location Kavish and Wasim both had everything ready for me which again was a great customer service. All their units are ground level which makes the accesses easy. Definitely recommend the location!

Katherine and Wasim were kind, courteous, fast, and efficient when serving us. We rented a parking spot to store our utility trailer, could not have gone smoother. Thanks for the help with the forms! The site is easy to get to, convenient even from downtown Toronto. I would highly recommend it to any and all.

Be careful when you sign contract with these people, they manipulate and will not honor the contract. Very rigid and poor customer service when confronted.
There are much better storage places around.

I am renting with Public Storage since August 2001 which is almost 23 years. I always got good service and great relationships with staff especially with Wasim and his colleagues. I always buy moving supplies when I move my household. I intend to continue that relationship in future. Hats off to them.
