Fast friendly service, both on the phone and when I arrived to secure a storage locker, in person. They have a new building across the street with many vacancies still available as I understand it just came online. They are secured gated access push pin to access. Many of the units have been changed to a cylinder style lock so your standard padlock will not work, At the time to purchase one was 19$. They have boxes and packing tape available that are equivalent in price to competitors. Thank you to the Access Storage team.

I had a really positive experience with Cindy at Access Storage (Willowlea location). She was very approachable, patient, and took the time to walk me through everything clearly, which made the whole process a lot less stressful.

I really appreciated how she handled a situation with my storage lock. She coordinated everything smoothly and made sure I felt comfortable with the process instead of rushing anything.

Overall, a very positive experience. It is rare to come across someone who is both efficient and genuinely considerate. Highly recommend this location.

My experience with Access Storage in Stittsville/Carp has been excellent. The process to rent a locker has been smooth and quick and the on site service is excellent. The lockers are very clean and ready for my move! I highly recommend this location!

From the virtual assistant right to the actual building location on Willowlea on Carp Road, my customer experience was fantastic. Having explained we were doing the rental to help a single mom with 5 kids and no parental support and facing possible homelessness, we were treated with dignity and understanding. Cindy, as office manager, was empathetic to what we were doing for a short term solution and guided me through the rental process very efficiently and with a smile and great eye contact. And her final statement of "if you have any questions/concerns please call me" left me feeling confident we had selected a great company for storage solutions.

Wonderful to deal with. I called in an urgent panic to store my daughter's furniture and they helped me at the last minute. They were super helpful. As it turned out my daughter's rental approval with approved at the 11th hour and I was able to cancel in time a get refunded.

Fairly expensive but so are most other storage places. Wonderful staff both on site and over the phone. Storage units are warm, well lit, and very well protected from what I could see. Forgot to go talk to the front desk about canceling my payments and such and 2 days later found out they checked to see if my unit was still in use and canceled it for me. Only real complaint was a minor mixup was to which special rate I wanted and was fixed very quickly after my first bill, very painless and took 5 minutes and 2 quick phone calls. If I need storage every again, will likely come back here first.

Outstanding customer service by Mrs Cindy. I have dealt with this lady over a period of 18 months, and she has been absolutely fantastic on every front. From the welcome to the small details. So very happy to have found this place and grateful to Cindy for all her assistance. She is just wonderful to deal with. She answered all of my emails and questions so promptly and always made me feel welcomed while I was deciding what to do with my belongings. The facility looks super clean and safe. Highly recommend. Clean and easy access, excellent customer service from Cindy with quick response to emails. Responding to customers seems to be a problem for a lot of companies these days, not with Access Storage. One thing I would suggest: a clearer map which would include building #s for both locations, nothing hand drawn :).
