Please check your receipt. I clearly selected regular gas and was charged for Premium. Always check your receipt to ensure you are charged the correct amount. The sells refused to trust me and ask me to come another day to talk to manager.

This gas station is the worst they have unhappy workers who are very mean and unpleasant. I went there today to cash in my $200 lottery ticket around 4:30 today. The young lady behind the counter wanted to give 2 100 dollar bills and I asked her please can you give me 20's and the gentleman that was next to her said we don't have any twenties and I told him how would you not have any twenties and you cash lottery tickets and scratch offs all day. I told the gentleman that he was lying. Then he told me if I don't like it I can go somewhere else. I am reporting this establishment to the Maryland Lottery because if you have a problem with giving me 20's versus 2 100 dollar bills then you shouldn't have the privilege to have lottery machines. Besides the customer service at this establishment is awful. Their always on their phones. None of the workers smile and they act as if you're bothering them. I was going to post this establishment on my social media for bad customer service but I'm going to give the owner time to clean house. Mind you I don't Iive far and I frequent this place often. Also I have witnessed the the two guys that look like brothers talk to other customers in a rude manner.

My rating could potentially be higher as this is my neighborhood gas station and I frequent it all the time. I went today—on a Tuesday—to fill up because I remembered they have a banner that says “ 20 cents off premium gas on Tuesdays.” Apparently this is all apart of Shell’s “TGIT” campaign to get people to buy gas on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Here’s the kicker, I have no proof I saved 20-cents and when I asked the young woman inside how it worked she had no idea what I was talking about. Now if you’ve ever bought gas here, you’ve seen the numerous banners about discounted gas. If they aren’t actually discounting the gas—as prominently advertised—I’m tempted to report this to the state. Like everyone else, I’m trying to save money where I can, and I’d rather do that while patronizing my local businesses.
