The owner name John his a very great person when you have any problems the call lux car wash they take care off you very Whell !!!! And great service and great price I'm happy lux car wash is here!!!!! Best car in town state off the art!!!!!

I went to Lux Car Wash for the first time after going to Motor City Car Wash on State Rd 7 for numerous years. I like the professionalism, courteous and customer service I received until I approached my vehicle. I attempted to step into my vehicle and your employee broke the door handle off the drivers side door. I had that car for two years and no problem with any of my doors. Lux employee tells me that handle was cracked already; which was a LIE !!!!!!!! That was on 5/13/16 (Friday) and I returned the next day Saturday as instructed by Lux employee (ADAM). I was told by Adam the he was going to replace the entire door handle and that was on 5/14/16 Saturday and now 5/19/16 that handle is off again. I am very upset and disappointed with Lux and no one even offered an apology or anything. PLEASE RESPOND to message at cdttwin47@aol.com. I am thanking you in advance in handling this matter
