5 stars. This shop actually honors their warranty, which is rare for any business these days. Big thank you to Kevin and Hector for taking care of me. both of them clearly know their stuff, explained what I needed, and got the job done right. That level of experience and service is hard to find. I'll be back and I'd recommend this place

Had a great experience at Tire Kingdom thanks to Kevin. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure the work was done right, and never tried to push anything I didn’t need.
It’s refreshing to deal with someone who clearly cares about customer service and takes pride in their work. The whole process was quick, straightforward, and hassle-free. Kevin is exactly the kind of employee that keeps customers coming back.
Highly recommend asking for Kevin if you’re getting tires or service done at Tire Kingdom. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a truly exceptional experience recently at this Mavis/TK location. We have an older vehicle we wish to keep going, and would not trust it to anyone. Unfortunately it had several serious issues that needed attention. Having had many excellent service experiences at this location, we would not take it anywhere else. AGAIN, the service and professionalism of the team at this Mavis/TK location was exceptional. We worked with Lamar and Kevin, and Travis serviced the vehicle. These three are absolutely excellent at what they do. Lamar and Kevin work tirelessly to see that service is done promptly and to the utmost standards, while treating each customer with friendliness and courtesy. Travis is an excellent technician and we always ask for him when needing service. This place is simply the best in the area at what they do.

I am very happy with my visit to this Tire Kingdom location. I called the store to see if they could fit in a Wheel Alignment service on short notice and they got me in the same afternoon. Lamar was courteous and friendly as was the other staff that I interacted with. The technician who did my alignment walked up to me and handed me the alignment sheet and went over the results. Another technician helped with payment and even applied a coupon for me. I really appreciated the excellent service all around here. I'll definitely be back. Great job guys.

Lamar and the entire team consistently go above and beyond to deliver outstanding service. From the moment you arrive, you’re met with professionalism, honesty, and a genuine willingness to help. They take the time to make sure everything is done right, and you can tell they truly care about the quality of their work and the people they’re serving.

Every visit I’ve had here has been smooth, stress-free, and reliable. It’s rare to find a place that maintains this level of consistency, but they do it effortlessly. Whether it’s a quick check or a more involved tire issue, I always leave feeling confident and well taken care of.

I can’t recommend this location enough for anyone needing car service. It’s reassuring to know there’s a team like this you can trust every time.
