Had tires purchased and installed at this location by a bunch of incompetent amateurs. The guy took 2 hours to mount and install them where other places would not take more than 45 minutes.

2 weeks later I noticed one of the tires was completely flat. The valve was leaking terribly (rookie mistake). Went in and got them to fix it. I came back and the valve was still leaking. Went in another day and they fixed it yet again.

Saturday I was trying to change my brakes and was trying to get the bolts off my car... They were machine tight and all 4 of my special locked bolt was stripped. Went in for a third time and it seemed they weren't communicating to each other or listening to what I said so I had to spell it to them in point form. They were able to get one of the stripped bolts off however the manager (Jason) took my complaint too personally and told me to leave and to "go F myself". They aren't dealing with me anymore so I will be making a complaint to the BBB and going to small claims court.

In the meantime I am screwed if I get a flat tire.

Avoid this place at all cost for anything. Spend the extra money and get real mechanics to fix your car.

Just got an oil change at this location. It took one hour, which seemed very long. The woman who did the job seemed to struggle with the basics including the removal off the oil filter. The oil change included a check of many others unrelated issues including the level of radiator fluid. All great except she DID NOT REPLACE the radiator cap. Within a few days the engine over heated and I was stranded with a car that was inoperable. Calls to this Canadian Tire location related in no assistance. We ended up having to have our car towed to the dealership for repair. Lots of wasted time and extra expense. This location is totally incompetent.

The lady at the service information desk where you have to get ur fishing liscence does not know how to renew my fishing liscence i have been waiting 20mins for someone that does know how to come and am still waiting. This is rideculous please train youre staff approprietly. Much appreciated
