I have so many things to say, but in the interest of being concise, the short of it is:
The same wall that was waterproofed 7 years ago started leaking again. They seemingly won't honor the "lifetime warranty". They won't return my calls - I've called them 7 times so far. The person I did speak to was condescending. I was FINALLY able to schedule an appointment to assess the leak, and then they no-showed. Truly a joke. Go with literally any other company.

I am extremely pleased with the foundation repairs and window well replacement completed by RCC Waterproofing! Ramy Morcos provided me with a very reasonable quote. He explained all the work details and lifetime warranty in a very professional and friendly manner.
I really want to commend Omar- the team lead on my project. He and his team worked tirelessly from morning till dark completing the job in one day. Omar and his team hand dug and repaired 4 areas on my foundation as well as replacing 4 window wells. They went down to the footings and replaced the weeping tiles, dirt and stone with no damage to my plants or grass. The cleanup was amazing. My yard looked untouched after the job was completed. Omar laboured the whole day and was an excellent role model for his team.
He was also very personable and his customer service skills were excellent.

Chris iac and his team were amazing onsite today. With the rain burlington had in the past couple weeks, we were spending days with a shop vac, had no peace of mind and wanted a solution.
Enter Chris and team, they installed a sump pump and added membrane to the internal wall. Hopefully no more issues, but if we do run into anything RCC will get our business everytime.

Honest, professional and good workmanship. DEN came back in the Fall 2023 and gave recommendations since no leak was found - then came back in the Spring to check on the work and give an estimated. CHRIS IAC came to do the work at my house in BRAMPTON and was amazing - he is the kind of person everyone would want to work on their house. I spoke to Jeff from RCC and he said they can fix our moisture issues in our basement. They came and did a full wrap of membrane and installed new drain tile along the sides of the wall. all in all they did a good job and I can see that our basement has become less damp since they came. I was skeptical at first but Jeff was able to show us how this could help us. He was thorough and answer all our questions and concerns. Great job!

Chris iac and his team were amazing onsite today. With the rain burlington had in the past couple weeks, we were spending days with a shop vac, had no peace of mind and wanted a solution.
Enter Chris and team, they installed a sump pump and added membrane to the internal wall. Hopefully no more issues, but if we do run into anything RCC will get our business everytime.

Wow! What a fantastic experience. Repairs to your foundation can be nerve-racking.Right from the first contact with Rick Deagazio to the final job completion by Choy and his dedicated crew, Jerome and Martin, the attention to detail and work ethic were outstanding. There is no substitute for experience, dedication, and work ethic. Steve was honest and upfront with the quote and the work required to solve the issue. The work was completed efficiently by skilled and experienced crew members. Choy took the time to clarify any issue that arose during the excavation. Great care was taken to repair and prepare the foundation for sealing. The materials used are above the industry standard and are expertly applied and installed. The clean-up was efficiently completed. Choy was mindful to review and inquire if there were any outstanding issues. Regarding "Bang for your Buck", the work was surprisingly affordable. The entire process only took one full day. I can't say enough about the quality of the product and workmanship. Sincere Thanks.

Honest, professional and good workmanship. DEN came back in the Fall 2023 and gave recommendations since no leak was found - then came back in the Spring to check on the work and give an estimated. CHRIS IAC came to do the work at my house in BRAMPTON and was amazing - he is the kind of person everyone would want to work on their house. He came early, worked hard, completed the job and cleaned up. He even took the time to interact with my 2yr granddaughter - that’s a skill in itself. Thank you RCC and Thank Den and Thank you Chris.

Of all the contractors in our house by far the team of at RCC Waterproofing was the nicest waterproofing contractor. The team was pleasant, knowledgeable and they very very respectful of our property. Did the exterior waterproofing in the span of two days and made it look like they were never there. RCC was fantastic and deserves praise.

Chris Marco and the crew are very professional. They did the job in a day's time, cleaned up and haul all the excess debris away. The wall they fixed look great and has a proper drainage bed to get rid of the water that was causing the original leaks. Thank you boys for your hard work.

Our house is old and we needed to waterproof our foundation badly. Even our drainage system was the old clay pipe. RCC came in and took care of everything. We are ready for the winter or even the spring snow thaw. Good work RCC waterproofing.

I spoke to Jeff from RCC and he said they can fix our moisture issues in our basement. They came and did a full wrap of membrane and installed new drain tile along the sides of the wall. all in all they did a good job and I can see that our basement has become less damp since they came. I was skeptical at first but Jeff was able to show us how this could help us. He was thorough and answer all our questions and concerns. Great job!
