A mixed experience overall, but anchored by strong customer care on the sales side.
Working with Nicholas was great from start to finish. He was patient, took the time to walk me through every phase of the waterproofing process, and answered all my questions thoroughly. Even better, when issues arose on-site, Nicholas stepped up immediately to help me navigate them.
However, the installation crew had several notable communication and execution issues:
- Lack of notice: The crew arrived significantly earlier than expected without a heads-up call while en route.
- Property damage: An internet cable was severed during the excavation process.
- Rushed finishing work: The initial tile repositioning was rushed and improperly sloped. The crew did return to reinstall them properly so water would drain away from the foundation, but it required an extra visit and oversight that shouldn't have been necessary.
The job is now done but better site coordination and care from the contracting crew would have made this a 5-star experience.

RCC rep Jamie came the following day after we contacted RCC. He thoroughly checked the inside block walls of the basement and then the outside area to determine the cause. We recently had A/C installed and the holes in the brick wall where the tubes enter the house were not caulked causing water entry into our basement. After spending at least 30 minutes he suggested we call the A/C company. RCC never charged us when Jamie said their services we not required. We chose RCC as they were highly reccommended by others on our street. We would highly recommend RCC Waterproofing for their assistance and honesty.

The quote was fast and efficient . I had several weak spots in the foundation, they priced each individual one. Giving me the option to fix all or just some.
The process was easy but their scheduling department needs to talk to their tech. The appointment was rescheduled a few times and the techs still showed up.
Found an issue and they came back and fixed it promptly.

I had a very positive experience with RCC Waterproofing. From the initial consultation through completion, the team was professional, organized, and respectful of the property. They completed the exterior foundation waterproofing work professionally and kept me informed throughout the process.

I called RCC because I had a sinkhole develop on the side of my house. I received a call from Kyle the day after I completed the online request and he came to my house a day or two later to do an inspection. Kyle was very professional and friendly and did a thorough inspection of the area as well as my basement (to ensure there was no moisture or water). It was determined that the area just needed to be properly filled and compacted. It did take several weeks before I was able to secure a date for the work. I certainly understand that they are busy and this was a relatively small job, but I would have appreciated a bit more communication (I had to call for follow ups).
The job was completed on August 19. The two guys that came to do the job were very friendly and professional. They did the job, cleaned up afterwards and hosed down the dirt/mud that had accumulated in my garage and on my driveway.
I would recommend RCC should you require any kind of foundation/basement work. They are honest and didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need.

My sump pump was installed in 2018. Since that time my basement has been dry. Over the years I have had to call RCC for simple inquiries. Each time a representative from RCC came to my house promptly and responded to my inquiry. The most recent visit was for sump pump maintenance. All is fine. RCC service is exceptional and refreshing. I especially appreciated their flexibility regarding the fence. Since the ground needs time to settle before the fence can be properly restored, RCC was willing to leave a holdback until that work can be completed. That showed fairness and a commitment to finishing the job properly.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality of the work and RCC’s professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable foundation waterproofing.

I called RCC because I had a sinkhole develop on the side of my house. I received a call from Kyle the day after I completed the online request and he came to my house a day or two later to do an inspection. Kyle was very professional and friendly and did a thorough inspection of the area as well as my basement (to ensure there was no moisture or water). It was determined that the area just needed to be properly filled and compacted. It did take several weeks before I was able to secure a date for the work. I certainly understand that they are busy and this was a relatively small job, but I would have appreciated a bit more communication (I had to call for follow ups).
The job was completed on August 19. The two guys that came to do the job were very friendly and professional. They did the job, cleaned up afterwards and hosed down the dirt/mud that had accumulated in my garage and on my driveway.
I would recommend RCC should you require any kind of foundation/basement work. They are honest and didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need.

Guys did a complete and thorough job. Came on time and left no mess. All removed dirt placed on tarps and then replaced and compacted. Added a few extra inches to the work to ensure no gaps. Thank you for the great work!

My sump pump was installed in 2018. Since that time my basement has been dry. Over the years I have had to call RCC for simple inquiries. Each time a representative from RCC came to my house promptly and responded to my inquiry. The most recent visit was for sump pump maintenance. All is fine. RCC service is exceptional and refreshing. A mixed experience overall, but anchored by strong customer care on the sales side.
Working with Nicholas was great from start to finish. He was patient, took the time to walk me through every phase of the waterproofing process, and answered all my questions thoroughly. Even better, when issues arose on-site, Nicholas stepped up immediately to help me navigate them.
However, the installation crew had several notable communication and execution issues:
- Lack of notice: The crew arrived significantly earlier than expected without a heads-up call while en route.
- Property damage: An internet cable was severed during the excavation process.
- Rushed finishing work: The initial tile repositioning was rushed and improperly sloped. The crew did return to reinstall them properly so water would drain away from the foundation, but it required an extra visit and oversight that shouldn't have been necessary.
The job is now done but better site coordination and care from the contracting crew would have made this a 5-star experience.
