We had a wet basement and Darwin and his waterproofing crew came to help us out. Jamie came and he was very good recommending what needs to be done. Darwin's crew did a wonderful job as you can see back here. We are very happy that they came and they came even with the low temperature that I didn't think they were going to come. The temperature was fairly low but the crew worked very hard. I highly recommend RCC and the crew to anybody!

I had a possible issue with the sum pump. Ryan came over much earlier than he thought he could come. He inspected the pump and assured me it was working properly. We had a foundation crack in the basement that started leaking when it rained. Mauro came to give his estimate after inspection.
Mauro was very professional and friendly and we were pleased with his quote. Marco and Andy came as per the quote and the

I’m a single woman in a nice neighbourhood, and I was anxious about calling a contractor after a past experience where I felt taken advantage of. I had only received one quote for $6,700+ tax, which left me wary. A neighbour mentioned George from RCC Waterproofing, and something about her recommendation felt trustworthy, so I called him directly.
George calmed me down over the phone and I trusted him before we even met. He arrived early, didn’t rush me, and really took the time to explain what the problem might be. We even sprayed some water on the sliding door to test things, and that helped confirm the issue. The door was fairly new, but the caulking was separating from the door and the brick. Waterproofing is not necessary.
What I appreciated most was his honesty and thoughtful approach. I will recommend George to my friends and family. What a great experience for me—I almost paid another company to waterproof my wall, and that would have been a mistake. George S was completely honest and straightforward with my project. I asked him I have the money to spend. Do I really need to he said no and wait a while.
Another company not related to RCC wanted $18,000 for me and lied to me and said my foundation was in terrible shape
George S mentioned he’s on 100% commission he didn’t go for the greed of the commission he went for the best interest of me the customer I don’t know about the company he works for the ethics and morals of RCC but I will definitely mention George S to any client of RCC he quotes

I had a great experience with Rcc recently. They did a full exterior waterproof on one side of our house that had water coming through the foundation. They were quick and got the job done in 2 days. The men on site were really kind and respectful and they put all the dirt back as best as they could. The only thing to note is the company does take longer than usual to book and sometimes communicate but aside from that they were great to work with

I had a possible issue with the sum pump. Ryan came over much earlier than he thought he could come. He inspected the pump and assured me it was working properly. He was very thorough, very professional and very polite. I would without hesitation recommend RCC as the waterproofing company of choice.

Worked with RCC Water Proofing for a foundation crack which was allowing water into my basement.
Nicholas made it a priority to come see me for a quote, and arrange the work to avoid further damage.
His quote was on time, reasonable, and most importantly completed quickly.
Omar's team was great to deal with, kept me in the loop every time i checked in for an update and shared photos. Was really impressed with them.
