Our experience with RCC was very good. Our waterproofing consultant Kurt Tamowski came to our house explained the issues we were having with our cold storage room and our window well, and the procedures needed to fix them. He was very knowledgeable and explained the procedure required to fix them. He gave us a quote and a time line for when it would be done. We were contacted on schedule and given a day for the work to be done. On that day Troy the team leader from St. Catherine showed up on time as did his crew from Toronto. They proceeded to complete the work exactly as Troy explained to us. Troy and his team worked very hard, were very professional and very friendly. They treated our home with respect and clean up was amazing. I would highly recommend RCC to all our friends.

We were looking for a waterproofing contractor to come and take care of this pesky reoccurring water leak when we stumbled on RCC on Google. We spoke with the rep in the area and let us know that they had solution to our problem and advised us on how to fix it. RCC works quick considering how much feet of foundation they had to do. They showed up to our place (on time might I add) and brought a sizable crew and over 2 days' time they did three sides of our house. That includes digging, doing all the waterproofing work and putting everything back in. These guys were professionals. RCC has a great group of workers and should be proud. Water coming into your house is a real disaster. At first we thought it was a plumbing issue but found out that it was coming from the foundation wall. Not good at all. We then reached out to RCC Waterproofing who confirmed our suspicions. We liked the price and lifetime warranty so we got them to come back and fix the leak from the inside of the basement. Since their visit we haven't had to worry about water at all. They did a very good job. We commend RCC on their work and professionalism.

Grew up in the same house in Ridgeway for a long time and it's just leaked now. Its held up for all these years but the water has started pooling up in a spot near an old window well. Instead of fixing it ourselves we opted to go with RCC because they offered these services. Not only did we get them to fix the window well, we sprung to fix the spot where we got water enter the home. They sealed from the inside of the house. The price was really good so we couldn't say no to the option. I am satisfied with the job done here thanks guys

Had a huge foundation crack found by the RCC guys when they dug up the side of our house. Good thing these guys were equipped to repair it cause it was a doozey and was letting in a lot of water on rainy days. RCC was super easy to work with when it came to the whole process. They worked diligently to repair the exterior of our home and seal it. I can't recommend them enough if you need this type of service. Give them a call cause they do excellent work.

We had waterproofing done by RCC because we had seepage in the basement. Jeffery Martin came and checked our outside and saw the crack. He determined what had to be done, gave us an estimate on the spot and said that we'd be called within 2 to 3 weeks to set a date. The crew came 2 days early because of another cancellation. They said it was a 4 hour job and they did it in 4 hours! They came at 8:30am and left at 12:30pm. The crew had to dig by hand beside the house right to the footings, working really hard. As the work progressed, they would call me over and show me what was being done and before they filled in the hole they showed me the final seal or rubber membrane, and put stones in the bottom of the hole and then filled it all in. They cleaned everything up and it was pristine when they left. I was very thrilled with their professionalism and how hard they worked to get it done. Thanks RCC!

RCC was so great in getting my waterproofing issues taken care of. Richard came out and assessed my basement and said it was just a crack which is a fairly easy, half day job. The crew came out the following month after I agreed to the method Richard suggested, and dug down 7 feet as if it was a piece of cake! The membrane went up and the foundation looks spotless. They back filled the hole and left my property clean and tidy.
