I am beyond thrilled and so incredibly grateful for the phenomenal service I received from the manager, Mackenzie Grace, along with her amazing team members, Cruz and Arthur. They truly redefined what it means to go above and beyond for a customer!

Cruz and Arthur generously took the time to help me run diagnostics and walked me through all the possible problems with such impressive expertise, patience, and genuine care. Later, Mackenzie was incredibly kind and didn't hesitate to step right up lending me the correct tool I needed to jumpstart my car and running a further diagnostic scan to perfectly pinpoint the root of the issue.

This entire team is outstandingly knowledgeable, dedicated, and operates with a level of customer service that is incredibly rare to find these days. They completely turned around a stressful car problem into a wonderful, reassuring experience. I cannot recommend this AutoZone highly enough! I am incredibly grateful to Marghie and Corey for going completely out of their way to help me. When my car wouldn’t start, Marghie was extremely kind, patient, and helpful. She calmly listened to my situation, drove me all the way to my vehicle at my request, and helped attempt a jumpstart. She is clearly a brilliant manager who genuinely cares about helping people and handling situations professionally.

After understanding the issue, Marghie asked Corey to assist, and together they were able to get my car started. Since that day, Corey has helped me several more times, always with a smiling face and a positive attitude. He is a smart, dedicated, and hardworking employee who truly cares about helping customers.

I went to the store yesterday to get new windshield wipers. The sales rep. (a young man) went above and beyond. He not only helped me find the right wipers and installed them for me, but he advised me of the benefit of Rain-X Wipes AND applied it to the wipers and to my windows. Kudos for exceptionally good customer service!
