I had some bad luck and needed to come here twice in the span of 6ish months. Each time, they went above and beyond to fix the issue and Stacey or Stephan communicated with me at every step. Turn around time was quick and customer service was excellent.

I hate to say this but I think Gerber knowingly installed the wrong part. When I picked the car up the first time there was a large hole in the fender well. Manager seemed a little embarrassed and said bring it back Tuesday ( today).
Fender well part replaced, but fender trim (not properly installed 1st time) is better but fit and finish not back to original. I was told this was due to “aftermarket parts” I have a message in to the adjuster I’m considering getting the whole thing redone

Update 3 weeks later…Returned to Gerber a 3rd time for repairs. Picked up car, looked good. Gerber was kind enough to say they would refund the deductible as compensation for all the bs and mistakes. Left town for two weeks, car sitting in driveway. Trim is already coming off! Looks worse than the original mistake they made. I haven’t seen my promised refund yet. Gerber wants me to bring it back a 4th time. Just too ridiculous in my opinion.
What they should really do, in addition to refunding the entire $1000 deductible as promised, is to pay another collision repair not named Gerber to fix it correctly.

I had an exceptional experience with Gerber Collision & Glass on Cully here in Portland, Oregon, after my car was unfortunately broken into on New Year's Day. The rear window was shattered, and there was significant damage to the body and paint around the window. After quickly getting the glass replaced, I booked an appointment with Gerber Collision, recommended by State Farm.

From my very first appraisal to dropping off my vehicle, picking up the rental, receiving regular updates, and finally getting my car back, the entire team at Gerber was amazing. Hannah at the front desk was always polite, professional, and helpful. Mackenzie provided timely updates every step of the way, making sure my car was completed as quickly as possible.

When it was time to pick up my car, Mackenzie was on vacation, but Chris, the manager, personally stepped in to ensure everything was perfect and that I was completely satisfied. The attention to detail, clear communication, and overall customer service exceeded my expectations.

While I hope I won't need body shop services again, if I do, Gerber Collision & Glass on Cully will be my first choice. Highly recommend!
