After traipsing round all the standard furniture stores and being overwhelmed by price and underwhelmed by customer service, we were delighted to discover Sofa So Good. The sales reps were super helpful and were able to advise us on several sofa configurations that could work for our space. There was an incredible selection of fabrics to choose from, and we finally found the elusive shade of blue we'd been hunting for. The delivery estimates were accurate, and the company that handled the delivery was very professional. The quality and comfort of our new sofa has exceeded all expectations. Five stars all around.

I heard about Sofa So Good on news 1130, heard that theyre 100% Canadian, so thought I’d check them out. I’ve never afforded myself a custom couch, where you choose your own fabric and style of couch, but when I shopped at other stores, honestly, in a similiar price range, you were getting a much cheaper quality, less well-made piece of furniture than you do with Sofa So Good. It took a couple of months but quality takes time, it is so solid and sturdy and it looks absolutely amazing in my condo, I couldn’t be happier.

I’d been needing a new couch for a while before I finally asked for help at SOFA SO GOOD. My old couch was much-loved but had become hard, lumpy, and uncomfortable. My new sofa, on the other hand, is so comfy and plush — I love it!
My first step was to work with the in-house designer, Missy Kennedy. My condo is tricky to furnish, with awkward walls, doorways, and a fireplace to work around, but Missy provided expert guidance on the size and placement of each piece I ordered.
In addition to the sofa, I purchased two occasional chairs, and now my living room looks gorgeous! Missy found the perfect print for the chairs — and they’re just the right size: not too big, yet extremely comfortable.
It can be overwhelming to sort through all the furniture options out there, so I really appreciated the helpful advice and expertise from the team at SOFA SO GOOD. The customer service was truly top-notch!

I had a great experience with Sofa So Good. Missy was very helpful from the start—she took the time to understand my space and lifestyle, and helped me choose a sofa that fits perfectly in my home. She also recommended a fabric that not only looks great but is also cat-friendly—my cat so far has shown no interest in scratching it, which is great. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Sofa So Good for their great selection and even better customer service.
