It was simple checking in with customer service. Lots of bays for loading. We were able to get our purchase the same day. You do have to sit and wait for about 15-20 minutes while they get your order together.

Went to pick up dryer. Went into office, got paperwork checked with ID. They said it would be out in 15 to 20 minutes. I think it was 10 minutes at the most. They helped my husband load the dryer. Very good.

I recently went to grab my purchase from the brick warehouse. Checking in was very efficient. They told us it might take 15-20mins. The warehouse workers did really great job. We got our stuff less than 15 mins. Everything went smoothly.

The facility is really clean and has a neat smell like a mixture of cedar and paint. High marks for the landscaping and a cool picture inside of all the Brick locations in Canada written out. They also have snacks available for 25 cents in an old school candy dispenser and lots of free parking. The staff person was efficient and gave me a receipt. She was wearing her jacket and i wonder if they might need to turn the heat up for her. The Brick is Canadian and they always have good service, competitive pricing, and lots of selection. Highly reccomend!

Went to go pick up my package. Unfortunately it didnt fit in my vehicle so we took it out of the box and tried again, also didnt fit. I asked if it was ok if i came back the next day and they said sure, i was fine if it was just the item and no box. When i came the next day with a bigger truck, they fully repackaged my item back in the box after i fully didn't expect them to. Greatly appreciated!

Went to pick up bed we bought in store, it was great to have the option to pick it up from the centre and not need to wait for delivery, we went in my car and sadly one section didn’t fit; but they sold the equipment in the centre for us to secure it to the roof rack, all workers we dealt with were friendly. Would happily go again and it’s a great bonus it’s on option!

As my wife and I entered into the customer pick-up lobby, we were immediately greeted by a lovely young lady named Kritika. We had barely gotten through the doors to approach the front desk, and she had already jumped up from her desk to come over and help us. Her service was fast, efficient, informative, and delivered with a smile. She gave us an estimated wait time of 20 minutes for the items to be brought up to our vehicle at the loading bay; we ended up leaving pleasantly surprised after waiting only 10 minutes. Myself and my wife were very impressed with the whole experience, especially with the genuine commitment from the staff to providing us with an exemplary level of customer care that I had previously believed to be lost long ago. We appreciate all of your efforts & Thank You!

Smooth experience from the Brick Coquitlam store to the warehouse. The sales associate was helpful and informative and presented all the options for delivery. Went for warehouse pick up as the most cost effective and efficient option since I needed a mattress that day. Warehouse was easy to find and staff were pleasant and timely. I was in and out in 30 min or less

Same at the Langley store too. It was quick and easy. Sunny and Anna were knowledgeable and very helpful picking out a package. Overall a great experience with the Brick!

I love that I can pick up my items the same day I ordered!! Put TV died and we needed a new one. I didn't want to wait 3-4 days to get my order. So it's nice that there is an option for same day pick up!

I went to the brick store in North Vancouver we phoned the guy ahead of time if they had one in the store and he said they did. Well they only have ones to look at and we had to drive an extra 45 minutes to the delta warehouse to pick up are dryer. Everyone was really nice though

The warehouse staff loaded my chair I ordered into the trunk of my car which was appreciated. What was not appreciated was the warehouse staff providing me with the wrong set of legs for my new chair I tried to assemble at home. As a result I had to drive back to the Delta warehouse, about a one hour round trip, and exchange the chair leg set for the correct one. I was not impressed. The customer service lady at the pickup office thought it was funny I was inconvenienced by the warehouse staff who provided me with the wrong set of legs for my chair. I didn't find my January 31st, 2025 experience at the Delta Leons/The Brick Distribution Centre the least bit amusing at all. In fact I found my experience to be quite annoying to say the least. The other annoying thing was when I called to explain the chair legs mixup situation to the front desk lady it was quite an adventure as she was a challenge to communicate with to the point I had to ask for her boss, a gentleman, so I could explain to him the warehouse staff messed up my order.
The lady tried to foolishly convince me I should file a complaint with the Langley Leon's store after I just finished telling her I picked up my chair from the Delta Warehouse about an hour earlier and it was their mixup to resolve. My terrible experience at the Leons/The Brick distribution centre in Delta was a sharp contrast with my customer service experience at the Langley Leons store which was a top notch customer service experience. The staff at the Langley store are polite, respectful and they communicate well with customers.
The next time I place an order for pickup with Leons I will be avoiding the Delta Brick Distribution Centre. I will be picking up my order from the Langley retail outlet. My experience at the Delta Brick Distribution Centre today was an absolute train wreck. Never again.

It's great you can pick up your order but it is a very long wait. Took a half an hour to wait for a microwave. Went to purchase at a store but they weren't even stocked with microwaves on boxing day. Which you would think they would be since it is a big day for shopping
