A big thanks to Rob who patiently listened to my issues and supported us with the replacement of our dishwasher which couldn’t be fixed. I’ve heard of managers from other stores that dismissed their customers request for support leaving them frustrated and at a loss. Rob on the other hand was very helpful with providing us with direction and successful replacement of our dishwasher! Thank you again to Rob and his staff!

Worst customer service I have experienced. Sold us a broken oven which left us without an oven for 4 weeks. They could not have cared less. All of their customer service and delivery is subcontracted out. Absolute disgrace of a company. Do not buy from them.

Was very happy with service right from start. Mr. Jerry Begin ordered my microwave and had sent to Vaughan . When I picked up Mr.Bukhtawer Butt was so helpful ., that we then purchased a new stove with his help .All staff was friendly and we were continued with good experience when we went to pick up stove.
Very nice outlet .

My relationship with Goemans and the salesperson goes back a few years. And it doesn’t falter at all. Anytime I needed information, I had my answer within the day. We shared research and came to the same conclusions: the best products for my kitchen needs. And it doesn’t end there; We’re already talking about other appliances, and I don’t need them yet. I just keep going back, and back, and back. There’s no where else I’d rather buy my appliances from. Thanks for everything!

The fridge in my rental unit broke down and was looking for a new one in short order. Was directed to Goeman’s by a friend of mine. Called and spoke to Jason on Saturday evening. Picked a fridge with his help over the phone, at a great competitive price and arranged for delevery the following Tuesday morning. Lisa at their delivery centre was very very helpful and made sure my delivery was made at a time convenient for my tenant. They also took away my old broken fridge. Wonderful, pain free experience all around. I have already recommended them to people I know!

Nick Georgakopoulos couldn’t have been better to deal with. I was buying a new washer and dryer and he was very helpful in guiding me through all the options. We chatted by phone multiple times before meeting and actually doing the deal. He was super helpful and I was in and out in no time.

The delivery guys were also great. They showed up on time and got my old units out and the new ones in place without any issues. They’re super nimble with those dollies!
