We remodelled 2 bathrooms and a kitchen over the course of a few months. Searching for shower doors, faucets, shower heads, etc at the big box store left us underwhelmed with the options and we had lots of questions which Lowes/Menards couldn't answer.

We were so happy that Plumbers Supply (PS) was recommended by our tile retailer!! We met Shelley from PS and were very impressed with her wealth of knowledge. She answered every question we had. She also provided information that we didn't even think to ask. To say we are happy with their service and higher-quality products would be an understatement. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone wanting a great experience, expert help and a frictionless buying process.

Bathroom remodels are a blessing to be able to do, but the sticker shock can still take its bite. With such an investment in materials, labor, etc, the pressure to make the right choices can overwhelm on top of pulling significant time and effort to coordinate.

One of my greatest surprises was the reward form working with Shelley Plymale for all my shower fixtures (ideal rough-in valve, diverters, trim kits, etc) and two vanity faucet choices. With decades of industry experience and an interior design degree, she educated me on options with guidance on layout, component parts, quality, practical functionality, and aesthetics while respecting my timeline and wishes. She made a stressful decision easy with confidence and peace of mind for long term pieces that we will enjoy for years. And her follow-through since the purchase is just as attentive as the selection process. The folks at the warehouse for pickup are just as lovely.

Many thanks to you, Shelley, I wish you and the team all the very best. With respect and gratitude, Susie
understand your options with sincere guidance on the best choice for you and your budget, I'd highly recommend Shelley Plymale. She educated me
I was very blessed to have Shelley Plymale's guidance. She shared her expertise on the I walked into Plumber Supply with Lowe's faucets already purchased. I walked out more educated by Shelley Plymale educated me on what is important with all the shower and faucet choices from layout to functionality and trim appeal. She not only saved me time but gave me the confidence that the investment was worth the quality and peace of mind to minimize plastic parts I would not have known about for longer lasting products.

We recently met with Kari at Plumber Supply Co. showroom in Fishers, Indiana to help us with our bathroom remodeling project. Kari was professional and took the time to understand our needs and provided many options and other options that we had not considered. We were very pleased with our experience, and our contractor was very pleased that the warehouse was willing to ship our order directly to our home residence when the project was to start. The order was delivered as promised and all the products was in pristine condition. Will use Plumbers Supply Co again for our next home projects.

We recently experienced a bathroom remodel. Andrea from Plumbers Supply was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. She made the purchase of our faucets, grab bar, towel racks, shower head and drain easy and without pressure. She stayed in touch with us throughout the entire process, as an ice storm in Kentucky delayed our shower head. We are very pleased with the quality of everything we purchased.
