I cannot say enough good things about Aim to Please. We bought a plumbing challenged house and they have been a lifesaver. They communicate well, are honest and go above and beyond for their clients. Allen has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Thanks team!

Mixed Review: Excellent for Plumbing, Avoid for Electrical
I have used Aim To Please for plumbing work for many years, and they have generally done excellent work. Unfortunately, my recent experience with their electrical work left me with serious concerns about their workmanship.
On January 28, 2026, co-owner Alan Meeker and assistant Dakota replaced a noisy bathroom vent fan motor with a part from their truck. Most of the other electrical work that day was done well, but they left without confirming whether the fan was actually drawing air. Unfortunately, the fan alternated between no draw and a weak draw. When I followed up, Alan suggested it might be a stuck roof vent louver, but he did not inspect the fan or the roof to confirm that. On April 14, the fan stopped turning on entirely.
Alan returned on May 1 and attempted to install a second replacement motor. I watched as he tried to squeeze into place a motor that seemed to be too large for the housing, but the motor would not turn. He then proposed replacing the entire unit (the housing and motor) by cutting through the ceiling from the attic, sending me a bid for $1,050.
After that visit, I emailed Alan to better understand what had happened (beyond just what I've written here). However, Alan soon declared an end to our emails, stating that his "communication skills are apparently poor."
After thinking about everything I had observed during his second visit, I concluded that the initial replacement motor he installed must also have been a bit too large, which allowed it to move only slightly until it burned out. Since I had seen how easy a proper replacement would be during his second attempt, I ordered the correct OEM replacement motor online for $135 and installed it myself in 5 minutes. It has worked perfectly ever since.
Alan never offered a refund for the first incorrect motor, though to be fair, he may genuinely believe he was not at fault.
In conclusion, they probably remain a strong choice for plumbing, but I cannot recommend them for electrical work.

Jalan responded quickly to my after hours call and let me know when he would arrive. Once he diagnosed the problem he explained what he was doing, why, and what it would cost. The repairs were fast and he even addressed an issue I didn’t mention in the process! Wonderful service and excellent work. Highly recommend.

I had the whole Aim to Please crew come out to help take care of several projects on my new house. Everyone was super knowledgeable and even answered plumbing or electrical questions unrelated to what they were working on that I was just curious about. I will 100% be calling Aim to Please in the future if I have any problems. The work they did is solid.

Dakota arrived on time and inspected all of the outdoor outlets and replaced and secured them with new covers. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He explained what he needed to do and answered all of my questions. I have used their services in the past and have recommended them to others.
