The service at this location is excellent. Starting from inquiry to renting a unit everything was so smooth. Rwandi and Shayan were extremely helpful. It was my first time renting a unit during winters and storing my car for this long. The employees here made me so comfortable, I was relaxed and everything was as I had left after 3 months. No dampness even in -15 degree. If you are ever looking for a storage unit, this is the place.

Shayan and Kavya provided excellent customer service. I can easily say that this is some of the best customer care I have ever received and they definitely deserve a raise! They are extremely helpful, accommodating and genuinely caring for their customers. They helped me get a great deal and made me feel like a valuable customer. If you go to this location make sure to ask for either one and you won’t be disappointed!

I have been a customer of Public storage for many years now. I recently was going to move to another storage facility because of pricing. I was looking to get something cheaper. I called public storage and spoke with Shayal. He was amazing, he gave me a couple options with my unit that I already have to decrease the prince. This was a fantastic offer that I couldn't refuse. I went in to sign papers for my new contract and I dealt with Kavya, she is great. Very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The customer service I received from Kavya, Shayal and Ruwandi was amazing. The way I was treated makes me glad I am staying there as a customer.

Public Storage staff were very helpful in the last two years. The location is clean and organized and we never had any issues with anything on site. The only problem was the increase in the monthly payments.

Friendly staff, very cooperative competitive price. My recommendation is they should adjust the storage time from 5 am to 6 am in morning and extend up to 11 pm in the evening.

Kavya and Ruwandi both assisted me in my storage rentals. Kavya, who initiated the procedure with a phone call to reserve the units was both pleasant and cheerful from the start. At the office, both ladies acted professionally (with smiles), knew their jobs and explained, in detail, what to expect from the storage agreement. They both went out of their way to make me feel that they appreciated my business. If I were to use just one sentence to review this experience, it would be: "These two young ladies are exceptionally great ambassadors for Public Storage company."

The staff are friendly and help me with my needs. I have been a customer with this storage for five years and I have had no issues with my unit. The unit is clean and the area is well kept. When visiting my unit I feel safe and secure. I am in the process of down sizing to eventually move out in the next few months. One example of the many great experiences of good customer service was when I got home and was not sure if I locked my unit and I called the friendly staff person checked my unit and gave me a call back to let me know that they checked my unit and things where ok. I as a customers would advise anyone to do business with this company because of the positive atmosphere. I enjoyed doing business with PUBLIC STORAGE and will miss them when I leave.
