Rebecca was very helpful is making sure all my storage needs were considered and met, she took care of the paperwork very efficiently, walked me through everything and explained everything very clearly.
Been using the storage unit for close to a year now and added another one. Never faced an issue with access, and they're very proactive in making sure the units are safe.

Access Storage was everything you would expect from a well run storage facility. The staff at the office and customer care through their website were always professional, friendly and quick to react to any question I had, and to top it all off the pricing with discounts were so much less than other places. If a need arises I will book with them again.

The office staff were great. They were patient and answered all my questions, as it is the first time I had put anything in storage. I did have some difficulty trying to figure how the bolt lock worked, but evenly I figured it out.

We used them to store my mom's furniture after her death and the service was wonderful. We chose the climate control because we knew we had statues and antiques that wouldn't have survived the cold. The staff were wonderful to deal with and I'd highly recommend them.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had some problems with the online process and had to go in to office the day before website my rental. Oddly the website said they were closed Monday.... Turned out that being November 11th some of the provincial offices were closed for Remembrance day,; but in London ON they weren't.
