We had to have 24/7 access and found it here at the most affordable price - it’s always more costly because of insurance rate for them to offer 24/7 access. New facility and very nice staff - helpful with details and didn’t try to up-sell. Super clean and especially love drive in access to unload and load!!! Super 👍

It's only been a day but the signup experience was excellent. The staff (Jim and Alana?) answered all my questions, showed me everything I needed to know, didn't upsell me or pressure me into signing anything. More front-line workers could learn from these two.

From start to finish the experience renting a storage unit from Access Storage at 1 Woodfield Rd. Toronto was seamless. Ferris the manager was very helpful. He provided very detailed information to me so that I felt confident when making the arrangements. I would definetley recommend renting a unit at Access Storage at 1 Woodfield Rd.

I wish I could give way more than 5 stars! My experience with Access Storage has been amazing!

The facility is so clean you can practically eat off the floors. They provide dollies for moving in/out as well as huge elevators which is very convenient.

Everything is top notch, but the absolute best part is the service/staff! They are beyond kind, and helpful. They are genuine, honest and truly do everything they can to ensure you get the best value for your needs/budget.

I was in crisis and the manager/owner was so amazingly helpful and kind that I was legitimately checking for angel wings! I didn't see any, but I'm still not convinced he isn't an angel.

It's so rare to find people in customer service that actually care. So when you do find them, it's deeply appreciated and valued.

I rented a storage unit with Access Storage for over four months, and when I opened it, I was shocked and devastated. Every single box had been opened, and all of my valuable equipments were gone.

When you rent a storage unit, you expect a safe, worry-free environment where you can store your belongings without trouble—and I believe that’s the expectation of every single customer who chooses to rent here. That’s why I chose this big-name company. I trusted Access Storage as an “All Canadian” storage provider, believing they could offer a safe and reliable environment for my belongings, so I decided to rent here. Unfortunately, Access Storage completely failed to meet this most basic responsibility.

This experience left me extremely disappointed, heartbroken, and angry. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. If you value your belongings, stay away from Access Storage.

James and the team were fantastic. Smooth, efficient and straightforward with every aspect of my experience. I always felt that my stored belongings were safe and secure all the time. Accessing my locker after office hours was also easy, and I always felt personally safe, even late at night. Highly recommend the team at Access storage downtown.

Price. Definitely could be better. No washroom use after 6pm due to vandals. Nothing is around the area after hours that's open. Very tight entrance and exit system.

My experience with this facility has been nothing but amazing. The place is bright, clean and secure. The staff and management are excellent to deal with and are very friendly. The call center is also very supportive and knowledgeable. Highly recommended and I look forward to seeing you folks again in May.

I was so worried where to put all my stuff since I’m in between apartments right now. Access Storage came through last minute to save the day!! I rented the locker a day before moving in and the whole process of moving in was done under an hour. So easy and hassle-free! Plus you get the first 4 weeks for free, the staff was incredible friendly and helpful and the storage room is spacious clean and super easy to access.

Clean storage rooms, drive-in access is great on a rainy days, good size elevators, and dollies to help move in/out. Very easy to book over the phone and friendly staff on-site. First 4 weeks free, and there was no fuss to cancel once we emptied our locker.

The person who helped us when we signed in was absolutely great. We arrived just under the wire for closing and he helped us out anyway. We went through everything we needed to and we felt cared for. 5/5 would definitely recommend.
Just be sure to reserve and arrive from 9-6pm as the office is not open as long as the rest of the building.

Excellent facility! Bright, clean and conveniently located to downtown Toronto. Ladies, I've always felt safe at this facility no matter what time of the day. A security code is required to get into the building and there are lots of cameras everywhere.
