Drove from Durham N.C. and saw that my head light was out. I was near Richmond so I Googled the nearest Advance Auto. Dont remember his name, but he was the little thin built guy working on 11/29 at about 6:30. He came out in the cold and fixed my light. I was so thankful.

Rating this place because of their service. The purpose of my visit was to inquire about car batteries. The pricing was a bit out of my range so I went elsewhere and purchased. Came back the same day and asked to use the tool to install the battery. The staff was supper helpful and actually installed it for me. Well appreciated and for other future car related items I’ll return.

I reached out to Chris here at this advanced to help me source a drum of DEF. I manage a warehouse that has numerous diesel vehicles and we were buying it by the gallon. Chris was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as he was able to answer every question I had about automobiles. His help sourcing this drum for my company gave my warehouse over a cost saving of $800!!! The drum was at the branch in a very timely manner as promised by Chris, I was able to have my driver swing by and pick it up on his way back from a delivery, making our transaction flawlessly smooth allowing us to save more time and money. My experience with Chris and his associates will definitely bring my business back here and for the above reasons I recommend them to any one looking for knowledge and help this is your last stop.
