I went to Richmond hill location to check a unit. Zul and and Quanar helped me to find the right size. Unit was reserved free for charge for 30 days. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family. Very clean place. and friendly staff. Zul and Quanar are very nice people.

Safe industrial commercial environment only 2 minute drive to upper middle class, residential subdivisions. Ideal for corporate relocation clients in need of short term or longterm storage facilities which are organized and managed to fulfill the moving /storage needs of demanding clientele. A good choice. Great experience at this location where my family had one of the rental units for a number of years. It was a pleasure speaking with Zul as she made the process to change owners of the rental unit, set up pre authorized payment and vacate the unit simple and easy. Would use them again should the need arise. The storage facility itself was well maintained and all the items stored there were in excellent condition upon removal. Thanks again!

Overall, I was very satisfied with the service I received from Public Storage, the friendly and attentive staff, the cleanliness and organization of the units, and the pricing. Even though I missed my payment date without realizing it, they followed up with me kindly, and I was given the chance to make a late payment without any penalties. During this process, Zul and Quamar assisted me, and we also had a very pleasant conversation. Both of them were very attentive and friendly. I am now considering renting a yearly storage unit, and I will definitely choose Public Storage again!

I want to thank both Quamar and Zulfigar for their service today. Being a hesitant as it was my first time renting a storage, both of them were very patients and kind. They took their time to explain and make sure I understand everything before signing. They showed me the storage units and were extremely professional in the entire process. You can tell that these people are very knowledgeable and will advise you appropriately based on your needs. Overall, it was a really a great service and I would recommend.

The facility is clean and safe. The only concern had to do with the constant yearly fee hikes. It became unaffordable. Other than that I highly recommend it as a storage space.
