The worst Donatos we have ever been to. Order is always wrong or they didn’t make it all. Will not come to the drive thru window to help you, multiple people walk by looking at you but never help. Girls up front aren’t checking the orders, many pizzas stacked ready to go, no one is paying attention and they just sit there and get cold while the customer waits. Given them a few chances, this is the last one.

I ordered a very vegy spicy pizza. It showed up wrong so I was offered a free pizza. I ordered my free pizza this past Monday night and on my very veggie spicy pizza there were pepperoni. I called the Donato store at New Albany and the manager told me All pizzas are cut where the pepperoni is and didn’t even offer an apology or anything else but did ask me. Is there anything else I can help you with? Pathetic Customer Service. I absolutely will not be ordering from Donatos again

Well, this was an interesting, refreshing surprise! I haven't ordered from this Donato's for several years, and I almost drove up to Sunbury instead (and not just because I can't get to New Albany from here). I ordered a sub and a small pizza. They were both ready when I arrived, right at 6:50, the pick-up time, and the food was hot and tasty. The young man at the window was very friendly and helpful. I was sort of violating doctor's orders to watch my sodium, so I may not be back again for a bit. But, if I need a cheat night in the future, and I'm craving a Big Don sub, I'll give them another chance.

If there was a way to place a bet on whether your order would be correct or not, you would be filthy rich by betting against this location. There is no way they can be this consistently incompetent without doing it on purpose. I can't remember the last time I got an order delivered correctly from this location. This spans multiple years so it can't be blamed on an isolated instance of poor staffing. The Browns will win back to back to back Super Bowls before this Donatos can deliver an accurate order. Yes, the Browns will do something even the Chiefs couldn't do before this Donatos delivers an accurate order. You would probably be better off ordering something that you don't want at all, and then you might have a chance of actually getting something you want.

I've ordered and eaten at many different Donato's. Never had such a bad experience with my order being wrong. Double checked that I ordered ground beef and NOT sausage. Not only did my pizza have sausage. It had extra sausage on it. Definitely the wrong order.
