I've had their burgers which are the best. Tonight I had the new grilled chicken avocado, Applewood bacon, tomato, lettuce and some type of mayo club which was very good. Lori and Gin are two wonderful ladies who take your orders and bring the food to you. They are both very accommodating. Greg and the other cook did a great job. You will not be disappointed.

The food is great but don't expect it to come out fast most orders take north of 30 minutes to be made. As someone who has worked in a kitchen and see that their order screens have no pending orders. I shouldn't have to wait half an hour and watch other orders go out ahead of mine. Especially when it's just two burgers. If you're not hungry and you're fine with a wait, definitely come to this location. Also, maybe don't make your milkshakes before the food's ready since they're basically melted 30 minutes later.

The smashed burger is the most delicious. Double is recommended. Haagen-Dazs shakes are also delicious.

I think she was GM? But Lori was great, best customer service. She accommodated my strict diet guidlines. Not to many places will do that. Way better than 5 guys. Great burger with even a better attitude. 5 stars

After getting off from a 15 hour work day, I came to Smashburger and was greated with a friendly smile from the manager Lori. She made it easy for me to order. Lori made sure the cooks made my order to perfection. I got the most delicious and juicy truffle mushroom chicken burger. She recommended the Brussel sprouts which were very flavorful with a side of ranch and a soda. Lori went above and beyond to make sure I got signed up for the Smash Rewards program which will allow me to earn points on my visits. Thank you Lori for making the best part of my day with your amazing customer service!
