Service was great, friendly, and so kind. Drinks never ran out, rolls kept coming, food came out nice and hot. Wasn’t loud at all like most, very bright and clean. Definitely will be back to this one. Loved all our foods.

Great location, busy atmosphere, went with colleagues we enjoyed ourselves. Few things to note, the service from the Server was not good at all due to bad attitude, no genuine willingness to serve our 5 people table. So much attitude and bad mannerisms. One of my colleagues was not happy with his steak as he had it better from other Texas Roadhouse and expected the same but it was below his expectations (the Ribeye). Overall great atmosphere but service was not as expected at all.

I have been going to Texas Roadhouse for years and have been a committed customer. This location opened recently and was very excited and we typically go twice a month. I have witnessed a decline in food, service, and cleanliness. This culminated recently where the wait staff were very unprofessional, rude, and unpleasant. I support Texas because of the great staff and it pains me to see what this location has become. Our meal was cold, steak not cooked, and the kids meals had 6 French fries each with unmelted cheese. Not to mention they didn’t have macaroni and cheese today because the “cook called off”. Listen, in an economy where we are all looking for a good place to go to dinner, spend your money elsewhere. Texas Roadhouse management if you are listening, Send Help.

Had lunch w/ my mother around 3:15pm during the week. I had the mushroom jack chicken sandwich, which was huge (A+++ literally a full size chicken breast, pilled with fresh toppings, and full-size brioche-style bun) and especially delicious! Fries were hot and done perfect. Mom ordered steak which was cooked exactly as she asked. Salads were brought out at the perfect time. Drinks were amazing and went done fast! Location is right off the freeway, and parking was quick and convenient. Our server “Val” was very attentive, extremely polite, and got our order just right. The manager also checked on us during our meal, which we both thought was amazing (and wish more restaurants followed suit). Would definitely recommend. Thanks TR!!
