Quite literally one of the WORST McDonald’s I have ever been to. At this point I’m wondering if there’s anyone actually working in there. I waited 20+ mins for my food. How is that fast food? That is ridiculous! And its like that every time I go, but now I’m done going there. This business needs new management. By the time they get to you at the intercom it’s already 5 mins passing by. Plus when you get your food its not even hot! Last time I waited 20+ mins and they gave me my food it wasn’t even warm, but there was no point in getting back in line because it would’ve been another 20+ mins. Don’t waste your breath here, go to another location!

Ordered here and it took absolute ages I damn near wasted almost 40 minutes and there were 2 people in the drive thru. Got my order wrong and forgot one of my sandwiches. I got my food and what even is this did they purposely try to make my sandwich in the worst way possible? Both my fillet o fish were mangled beyond recognition. I feel like the workers here are just messing with the customers. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. My friend and I visited to order food, but there was no one available to assist customers. We tried several times to get an employee’s attention, but he kept talking with his coworkers and ignored us most of the time.

Since we’re new to the USA, we politely asked what type of meat is used in the McCrispy sandwich. Instead of answering professionally, the employee responded, “What meat do you think?” This was rude and unhelpful. He then said he thought it was beef, but after checking, we found that McCrispy is actually made with chicken.

When I asked for his name, he said it was Anthony, although I’m not sure if that was his real name.

It’s completely reasonable for customers to ask questions about the food they’re ordering, especially when it comes to ingredients. Employees should treat customers respectfully, provide accurate information, and be attentive instead of ignoring them. I hope management addresses the customer service at this location and ensures staff are better trained to assist customers professionally.

This is my last time I order in this branch. They always have missing items in the order. I order something and they don't put the whole order. Always missing fries or chicken nuggets. And they take very long time to prepare your meal. This time I ordered and the order was missing 2 small fries and one mcchicken. Very bad and sad to see the service is degrading because I used to order from here for the last 7 years. But not anymore!

Just straight nasty and un sanitary they gave chicken nuggets that were a day old and they smelled horrible we went at 11 am this morning, the burger was just heated up left over from yesterday wasn't fresh at all
