If I could leave no stars I would. Im 7mths pregnant and the whole situation was extremely stressful for me. I ordered my food , but it came out all wrong and half of it was missing so I just decide to return it all as I was running late for a drs apt and don't have time for them to remake it all. While I was making the return the manager on duty, who im almost positive was named Kathy Washington EXTREMELY rude and aggressive to me. I was very polite and kind to her but, again the whole conversation from her part was just condescending, extremely rude, extremely aggressive and you can tell im heavily pregnant and there was no reason to talk down to me or treat me like garbage. Its all on their cameras. I did call corporate and have an open investigation into Kathy and how she treated myself and my 17yr old step son. I will NEVER go back there and I advise everyone else not to go there either unless you like being treated terribly. I have NEVER been spoken to by any other worker anywhere in my entire 30yrs of life. Who treats a heavily pregnant woman like that for no reason??? It was a very stressful experience and as I said half of my order I didnt even receive ,but I was accused of stealing the half I did not recieve by her. I told her she can check her cameras because I was never given that half of my order. All in all I was treated like garbage and talked down to like a 5yr old meanwhile I'm heavily pregnant with a high risk baby girl and did not need this added stress while i was just trying to get some food. All the other woman who worked there were as sweet as can be, but I will never return because of the way I was treated. And I suggest everyone else not to go there either unless you want to be treated like garbage by their manager.

I come here every week n more often than not, they're missing many ingredients & therefore can't make your order the way you desire. Out of almond milk, out of bagels. The most baffling part is they're frequently out of donuts of all kinds.

The staff is very friendly, but orders are likely to be made incorrectly during the times it's a bit more busy. They're understaffed and those baristas are so busy working on mobile, drive-thru, and in person orders that they don't have time to walk around & clean the place or restock the condiments.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This was the closest Dunkin to my apartment, and it’s almost impossible for me to have a good experience here. My final straw was ordering a half dozen donuts on 3/27 and I received exactly 0 in return. They told us they were out of every single flavor and only had old fashioned left. Of course I was charged $10 (insane price btw) for the half dozen donuts I never received, even though we were told at the window it would be refunded. Interesting how they can take your money but when it’s time for a refund, nobody is around. I reached out to Dunkin customer service next day and it has also been useless. This is literally theft, and will be reported on the 15th once I am able to with my bank card. I will not be back to this location.

“Visited Dunkin on Central Ave, Albany. The cookie cream latte was okay, but the hot coffee tasted like regular coffee — it seemed like the French vanilla swirl we ordered was missed. Overall, an average experience.”

I ordered a mocha macchiato with oat milk and was told there was none. They offered almond milk and that was completely fine. Guess they did not have that or mocha because I clearly received a hot chocolate. Im from out of town and by the time I took sip I was too far to turn back.
