So is this how Taco Bell employees are making our food. After a long day me and my wife just wanted some Taco Bell. We arrived and we were rushed trying to figure out what we want. Then once we got home they forgot our chips. The crispy tacos were made half fast and made poorly. Don’t go to Taco Bell at 9:00 at night. If I were to give this a 0 star it would be a zero star. So disappointed

Went to go get some late night Taco Bell with the girls, was happy to find the line having only two cars which was unusual at 11pm. We went to the speaker and we needed two separate orders since we were paying separate the girl at the speaker then so rudely told us how we were not allowed to do separate orders at the time. My friends and I of course confused bc there was only 2 cars in front of us and no matter how we payed would be the same amount of food. We then asked if when we got to the window if we could pay separate which she then continued to act dumbfounded by our question for a solid 20 seconds and responded with “I mean you could but it wouldn’t be exact” in a very rude tone. Very frustrated we left and went to the Taco Bell by the small Walmart where they had a wrap around line and were completely fine with us doing two orders. Definitely would not recommend this taco bell

If I could give less than 1 star, I WOULD. I went to the Tacobell drive thru tonight and bought $72.00 worth of food. I was with 6 girls for a birthday sleepover, and we ordered quite a bit of food. We asked for a lot of sauce, even joked with the employees about how much. Specifically asked for 10 for one meal alone. We get back to our hotel to find that they had forgotten 1 of our quesadillas, and an order of nacho fries. The girls requested that I go back to get the rest of the food, so I do. Upon telling the speaker they forgot our food I am immediately met with an argument that they are sure they put the food in the bag. Then I pull up to the window, and again am met with more arguments about how they are sure the food was put in the bag and they’re refusing to give me the food. At this point I ask for the manager - the person speaking to me says he’s the manager. I ask if they have cameras, and to review the footage because I am 100% certain that they did not put that food in the bag, and to boot, we got about 5 mild sauces for 8 tacos, and 3 quesadillas. He tells me he isn’t allowed to review the cameras. Weird, if you’re the manager, but okay. At this point I’m like listen… I spent $72.00 here… if I was trying to scam some free food I probably wouldn’t have spent $72 first, and then come back for 2 items. That’s crazy. And at this point it’s just insulting. So I refuse to leave the drive thru until they make the food. Then all of a sudden someone else comes over, asks what we had been missing.. then another guy comes over with free coupons… their tones completely change… OK.. so did someone fess up that the order was not actually put in the bag? Did you watch the cameras? Never have I ever been met with such PETTY, rude employees in my life… so needless to say I will not be going to this Tacobell location again anytime soon. Waste of my time, money, and honestly just all around an absolutely ridiculous situation.

I am beyond fed up with this place. Every single time I order, something is wrong! This time is the last straw for me. Instead of remaking my food like they absolutely should have, they handed me the same cold, soggy, disgusting mess they didn’t even bother giving to my DoorDasher in the first place. That is completely unacceptable.
And before anyone says “just go pick it up yourself,” don’t because it’s the exact same disaster when you order in person. Orders are always messed up, food is always gross, and there’s clearly zero effort being made to fix it.
And let’s be real the food isn’t even that good for the prices you’re charging. Yet somehow we keep coming back and wasting our money like idiots, hoping it’ll be better this time. It never is.
Get it together. Seriously. Because at this rate, you’re going to run your own business straight into the ground. People are not going to keep coming back when you consistently fail to provide even the bare minimum of quality and service.

The people working were absolutely rude after asking for a receipt when we were literally in drive thru a they didn’t give us a receipt and we came around the store, Checked the food and it was made wrong. It was sloppy not even grilled really the way it was supposed to be. The meat wasn’t even drained when putting it together and it was greasy all over. (This wasn’t even the worst of it!) The girls working were just on their phones and not paying attention. I will never come back to this Taco Bell. 🔔 EXIT 18 IS SO MUCH BETTER!!!!
