We need more chairs people. These guys are super friendly all the time they are wonderful service is wonderful. Food is wonderful

one small problem. There’s about four chairs and about eight tables in here

if you wanted to sit down and there were more than four people in the restaurant you’d be screwed

I assume they’ve lost the chairs due to attrition, with chairs breaking over the years.

The manager tells me he’s not getting any results when he puts it to his higher ups

it will result in business, the more people sitting on their asses drinking coffee the more money you make

remember this is in walking distance of a college campus
these kids need places to go to be alone and concentrate and study off campus.

Very poor service. Had 4 people working and there were no customers but me and the service was very slow. They didnt give me my coffee and i was standing politely waiting for 15 min. Finally someone asked me if i am waiting for something. They gave me attitude also like it was my fault they mixed up my order or something.

Stopped in before work with my crew to grab a quick breakfast. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish.

The espresso machine was down, which wasn’t a big issue I ordered something else. However, I specifically ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich and was given what was essentially a grilled cheese (just bread and melted cheese, no egg or meat).

When I went back to address it, I waited around 20 minutes before anyone helped me. When I explained the issue, instead of correcting it, the employee responded with attitude and told me that’s how it comes and that I needed to add other items separately. That was never explained when ordering.

Between the incorrect order, long wait time, and lack of customer service, this was a frustrating experience especially when you’re on a work schedule. I hope management addresses both staff training and order accuracy.

4/15/26 Ordered a couple dozen for my kids school party ahead of time using the app and arrived to find the store never opened. People unknowingly waiting in the drive thru, walk ups finding the door locked, could see all the delivered donuts in the vestibule. Thankfully, the North Adams location wasn't too far away, they were wicked busy but took care of me quickly! Not sure what the deal is in Williamstown, but they almost ruined the day!

Cleanest shop, plenty parking space, customers are super friendly. Order is relative quick. It is the tone and gravely sad face and tone that got me to feel that they would rather sit down with a beer than make a great start for someone else's day - for that they lost two points on service

Just a question to the staff: How hard is it to carry a smile at such a heavenly place, working and serving?
