My food was fresh and hot, the lemonade was perfect and the wopper was done as I asked. The Women at the window was polite and smiling and didn't forget my receipt. I'm happy with the service.

I don't eat fast food. However, I was traveling on my motorcycle and it was over 90-degrees outside. As I was coming into Lebanon, I realized that I wasn't feeling well due to the heat. I went into this BK and asked for some ice water and a cup of ice. They obliged, and they didn't charge me! I hung out inside for half an hour or so cooling myself down and they didn't rush me. So, I can't speak for the food, but their service was fantastic. Thank you.

I actually placed two orders. First was with a shake which I referred to as a thick shake and I had to look at the quizzical look on the serving woman. She was very sweet. And said oh not a thick shake of shake and she says yes we have those. Okay then I ordered a Whopper with cheese. That was it with the intent of if I was hungry. I have to order some more. So I was hungry and ordered some more. I got two cheeseburgers for a little over $5 tax included and the first order they took the one Whopper with cheese and put in a bag I was eating in. I could have just taken it sat down and they could have saved the bag on the second order I said. Let me just take the two cheeseburgers and you guys get to keep the bag and save the money okay so they like that but that should kind of be something that they might want to do all the time. I wouldn't be offended if they said. Would you like a bag with that? And I would have said no.
The Burger King was nice. As long as you sat sat facing east, the sun comes in very strong to the extent that they actually have like a light baffle between the serving area and the seating so that the survey servers don't get blinded. They really need to do something about the front window. Although you like to have wide open windows that people can see. They really need to do something about that.
A nice, very clean location and I'm surprised that it wasn't real crowded.

I’ve never seen a place with only one employee. The same person who takes and receives the money is also the one making the food, frying, and handling the drive-thru. It’s bizarre! I actually feel sorry for the guy. I only go there because of DoorDash, and honestly people should stop buying food there.

The place also has a horrible gas smell, and the wait time is absurd. I can see that many businesses in the area are struggling with a lack of staff, but at Burger King it’s really shocking

You need to know the people here are great, unfortunately there isnt enough of them to maintain a fast food establishment. Service is slow on good days and the food is clearly not what it could be. This is partly management and partly the labor environment. Its hard to find workers in this area. So if you love BK and gotta have it, then go, but be prepared to wait....and wait.....and wait. Oh, and check your order it is often wrong. I do still eat here when I get a really....really....really... gonna die if I dont get it type of craving.
