Absolutel ridiculous. Pull up to the drive through, no one in front of me, no one behind me, order a sausage egg and cheese croissant, she doesnt hear me oh well happens, i order again, say thank you, before i pull up i hear her notably sigh heavily into the mic like she was annoyed. I pay and get the sandwhich pull immediately over in the parking lot to eat it and its cold. Not warmed in the slightest, the whole piece of cheese can be picked straight off the sandwhich and held without leaving any residue behind because its straight out the fridge basically. Believe the bad reviews. Not like they were so slammed they couldnt properly heat a sandwhich. Never at any dunkins have i had anything given this cold before.

Round 4:22pm. So we got to the speaker. Silence for a minute then laughter. Than an angry teenager mad that he has to take our order. As if he doesn't get paid 16 an hour to do his job. We ordered two drinks. Got charged for 3 drinks. Only got two drinks. Worst drinks we've ever tasted. Gave us a large coffee (made wrong) for the mistake. Went inside to get a drink remade. Ignored then gave attitude. And no surprise, they were young. RIP Dunkins

I just left this dunks. I got a hot coffee and a bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was disgustingly stale. I couldn't even finish it. No thank you. Quality control is super important in the food industry. Do better if you're going to charge full price.

I went through the drive thru today like I do daily at least once.
Today's experience was so awful.
The young man was so incredibly rude.
You dont tell a customer no when they are trying order something.
I will never return to Dunkin' Donuts..
This kind of behavior should be a firing offense.

We came to Dunkin’s to get some food I ordered 2 loaded hash browns. We got them and they were ice cold. We asked them to please remake them warm and the server came out and rudely told us that “loaded hash browns are always ice cold cause of the cheese”. I have gotten plenty of loaded hashbrowns and they have ALWAYS been hot. Will not be returning.
