It was amazing. I told them to leave me alone but like in a gentle way, cause I was working and I could just sit there and do whatever I could of my work it was actually amazing there was this girl Hailey she helped me and she was really kind. It was a very amazing experience. The food was really good and they let me know that just not to eat it that fast cause it was hot that I really appreciate that because some fast food just give it to you and then they were being kind and all of that everybody like kept on checking up on me. It was really nice and the kid friendliness over. There is so good they even have some vegetarian drinks. I mean I think all drinks are vegetarian, but there’s some really good drinks there personally I got two whoppers and a Oreo milkshake. They were so good and I really recommend this.

I used to love a Whopper with cheese and then after multiple poor experiences I figured that, like a lot of things, the quality had changed and it would never be the same.
The Burger King on 2 Continental Blvd in Merrimack, NH changed that opinion. I hadn't been to a BK for at least 6 months, yet I was caught away from home at dinner time and saw the sign on the Everett Turnpike for a BK. It was my quickest option, so I decided to try one final time for a good burger.
At the drive thru they were attentive and personable, great customer service.
I drove away, opened my Whopper and took a bite. Nostalgia hit like a wave. This was the Whopper I remember from years back. It was fresh, still hot, well-cooked and even the lettuce and tomato had that fresh 'snap' when I took a bite. I was so impressed and grateful.
Thank you to the crew who was working on Sunday, July 5th, 2026 on the evening shift. You made a great impression.

Sat in line for 15 minutes when I was on my lunch break, trapped in the drive thru with no option to exit the line if they were taking too long since you know, had to get back to WORK. 15 minutes for fast food. At that point I would’ve picked up take out.

Walked in around 6:00. Saw no employees for about 3 minutes. Thought they were closed, and forgot to lock the door. Nice person came out to take my order. Took the bag to my hotel room, and the order was wrong.

Two days later, I am timing the drive through. Watching from my hotel window. ( I know, get a life). 30+minutes for a fast food joint?

I love BK. What happened at this location?

First time people, this is not the standard.

I have avoided BK for a wile due to usually slow service, bad food and dirty interior. This quick stop was very different. For the first time in years the burger and fries looked great!!
