Very disappointing experience. The employee was extremely rude and had no respect for customers. We simply asked a question, and instead of helping, he responded with a bad attitude. Customer service should be polite and professional, but this employee clearly doesn’t know how to treat people. I hope management addresses this because no customer deserves to be treated this way.

I had a very disappointing experience at this gas station. The employee was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Instead of helping customers, they spoke with a bad attitude and made the visit unpleasant. Customer service should be polite and respectful, but that was completely missing here. I hope the management addresses this issue because no customer deserves to be treated this way. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this location based on my experience.
