Chiggy is consistently kind, professional, and radiates positivity. He goes above and beyond to get to know his regular customers, and he always makes sure our fur baby, Bear, feels just as welcome as we do. It’s always the highlight of our day seeing him!

I had breakfast here while staying at the hotel and had a wonderful experience. I was very well served by Marbelyne, who was friendly, attentive, and professional. I would recommend this Starbucks even if I were not staying at the hotel. The atmosphere is clean, quiet, and comfortable, making it a great place to meet someone or enjoy a relaxing coffee in a peaceful setting.

I had a disappointing experience with one of the baristas today. I clearly asked for a ham and Swiss croissant, but she repeatedly insisted I meant the 'everything ham and Swiss sandwich ' version. Despite me correcting her twice, I still received the wrong sandwich. When I pointed out the mistake, she became passive-aggressive and made it feel like my fault even over a simple $1.24 price difference. It wasn’t about the money; it was about being heard. I’d suggest the staff focus on listening to customers and asking clarifying questions rather than bulldozing through an order.

EDIT on April 26th: Morgan was slaying on bar today (~1pm).

I always order my beverage via mobile ordering about 5-10 mins before I go pick it up. It's usually the perfect amount of time and it's ready as I arrive. Today my drink was made perfectly, as per usual. They always have lots of staff here to ensure drinks are being made efficiently, especially on busy days like the weekend :)

Surprisingly spacious location with plenty of chairs and seating available. Staff is okay although I found them to be a little bit confused and somewhat slow. A lot of loud noises coming from the prep. Everything is well stocked with no issues of beverages not available due to lack of inventory. Overall a pleasant experience. #localguide
