I went into CMA for a Crosstrek Wilderness. They had a good supply of them. Found the one that met what I wanted. Went onto the sales floor and found some to help very quickly. This is how I met the sales rep John Stotler. Even though he was new to the job he did an amazing job. I was worried going into buying a car by myself as a female, but John never made me feel any of that during the whole process. In fact he was so personable, informative and kind. Even though buying a car is such a long process, the whole Subaru staff made it enjoyable. I can't remember the other gentleman's name but he helped John and so did Beth. Everyone was so pleasant and kind to work with. One of the higher ups gave me the Subaru bunny to congratulate me on the car. Jolene helped the whole finance part and no surprise, she was so sweet and explained everything really well. At the end Beth made sure I had two of the Subaru dog toys for my two dog, which they absolutely love.

I went into buying this car with trepidation, and left feeling amazing about buying my car. I can't say enough positive things about the whole process and how happy I am to be apart of the Subaru family.

What could’ve been a very difficult car, buying experience, due to the passing of my husband, a month prior, Turned out to be a smooth process. This is my first Subaru, but it will not be my last because I am a lifelong customer now.

Jeff Taylor was extremely knowledgeable and available at al times for us - even on his day off. At no time did we feel pressured to buy. The whole operation was efficient and well-run. So far I am loving my car.
