Very recently got into an accident that resulted in the totaling of my old 2015 Ford Explorer, and after receiving a rental with the help of the State Farm (The insurance company of the driver that hit me), i thought i'd be driving around in that rental until I saved up enough to go and put money down on another used car.

I went to enterprise and Fredericksburg, Virginia. My sell person was Robbie and his manager were so nice. It was not like the last experience I had with enterprise in Woodbridge. It was a whole different atmosphere kindness taking time with you telling you everything about the car going through the Carfax with you trying everything they can to get you the car that you wanted. I advise anyone who wants to get Get another car to go to enterprise in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Customer service is A1 and especially if you’re a woman you know how sells people can be but Robbie is the best hand down
