Dropped off workout monitor on 11/14 at 10am in the morning to be packaging and shipped UPS ground. Paid $120, $40 for packaging and the remainder for shipping. 2 days later, I discovered item still has not been shipped. I called the and asked about this and the associate I spoke to said the item is still there, has not been shipped and he is not able to help me. Only the original person on Tuesday 11/14 can ship the item. The rude associate then asks me if I have ever worked at the UPS store because I really have no understanding how their process works. I am no rocket scientist but having worked in shipping, you box the item, put on a label and hand the item to UPS for the daily or multi daily pickups. The associate I spoke to should be fired your procedures should be reviewed because clearly, there is a disconnect going on. I am waiting to hear back from Bear the owner. In the meantime, I encourage everyone to ship with the UPS store on North York Ave at 242 N York where I usually visit.
