This Aldi is on my mail route. The employee are so nice and very friendly. The product is always good. My only complaint / concern is that new need to have more cashiers open lanes during high traffic times.

The customer service at this Aldi location is generally good, and the employees are polite and clearly doing their best. However, the checkout lines are consistently and excessively long every time I shop here. One employee is often left handling a heavy volume of customers, which creates unnecessary stress and long wait times.
Adequate staffing at checkout appears to be an ongoing issue. While an additional aisle was eventually opened after concerns were raised, this should not require customer complaints to address. Better management of staffing during busy hours would greatly improve the shopping experience.

My favorite Aldi in South Milwaukee. Their produce is noticeably better quality compared to some other Aldi locations in the area. Maybe it’s just me, but I also felt their pricing was a bit better, too. The customer service was excellent, and the store was well-stocked and very clean. Everything was easy to find. Thank you for maintaining such a high standard for your produce—at other Aldi stores I've been to, I often found produce that were mushy or in poor condition. I will continue to be a regular customer here at this rate.
