Absolute nightmare experience. I only rented a unit for two months. First month,they randomly overcharged my card twice, Every time I asked, they just showed me a return receipt,but the money was NEVER actually credited back.
It gets worse. I gave them a 12 days written notice that my moving day. Guess what? They went ahead took several times more money.
Management is a joke and their billing is predatory. Watch your credit card statements closely if you rent here. STAY AWAY!

Access to an incredible experience. They were fast, efficient and very clean even upper management was cleaning the bathrooms so customers would have access to a continued clean environment.

I had a fantastic experience with this storage company from start to finish. I called to inquire about pricing and availability and spoke with Christian, who was incredibly polite, kind, and thorough. At the end of the call, he made sure to repeat all the key details so I had all the vital information, and he even booked me for a same-day in-person appointment.
When I arrived at the facility, I was greeted by Olivia. She was so helpful, kind, and polite, giving me a full tour and explaining how everything works perfectly. The facility itself is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, complete with useful amenities like dollies and an on-site washroom. To top it all off, they gave me an amazing deal and had me completely set up in under an hour. Highly recommend this team for their efficiency and top-notch customer service!

I had an amazing stay with them while I was renting out my unit , anything I needed they were there to assist me in any means! The lady Lindsay that works here , she is by far the best employee I’ve came across while renting out the unit! The staff are absolutely amazing and pleasant!! I needed to park my bus as a I needed to go to the police station however there was no room for my big yellow. I went in to ask if I could park my bus in their parking lot and without hesitation, and with warm smiles, they allowed me to leave it there no problem!! Definitely will go there if I ever need storage with customer service like that!! Thank you ladies, absolutely amazing 😍🥰

I’m a university student and left my boxes, valuables and clothes for the summer break. It was quite affordable and there were no hidden fees. They were very up front about it. It’s very simple and convenient to get your things to the warehouse and out of it. My stuff was untouched and I’m just happy it was all safe. Great services and overall extremely happy I chose Access Storage. They are also very clear and really kind when they explain how everything works so that’s why it was a smooth sailing experience. Did not worry once when I was in a whole different continent so thank you!

I loved the facility it was nice & clean, well ventilationed and bright. I felt safe with my belongings there knowing the police station was across the street and 24 hr security. The employees were friendly & knowledge. I will definitely use this facility again if I ever need long term storage.

At first, I had a hard time finding my first unit and Lindsay and Branford was so gracious enough to help me out and they were having a price match if I was gonna move my stuff out of there and do another storage place and they price matched and so I went to a bigger unit Access storage and I wanna thank the two girls and Lindsay They’re very helpful very very helpful. I only have one complaint out of all complaints outside. There’s too many screws and nails. They need to get a magnet those magnet, etc. on wheels so somebody can go and walk it around the property so people are getting flat tires. that’s my only worry But the two girls I dealt with wonderful wonderful and they’re very helpful.

Trifecta Aluminum is a long term Access Storage customer in London On. Many of our siding jobs are in cities and counties well beyond London so we appreciate it when we don't have to tow back and forth from London. Sometimes, we are able to find an Access Storage location near a job site where we can park our trailer in order to save on fuel costs related to towing a trailer that weighs over 10,000 pounds. We just completed a project in Brantford near Garden Ave and it was a great help to be able to get a parking spot in the lot across from the Brantford Police Dept. It was only for a couple weeks but the Store Manager was incredibly friendly and accommodating. She made our stay super simple and convenient. Highly Recommended!

Wow! Soo impressed with the staff and service at Access Storage in Brantford.
I’ve purchased storage before in the past a number of times and have never had more than a mediocre experience.
However, the moment I walked into access storage on Gretzky the front desk staff were amazing! Not only were they a pleasure to deal with, they were unbelievably helpful. Moreover, they helped me with a rather unique situation by providing a suggestion that not only saved me lot of money but also removed a huge amount of stress and pressure I was expecting to deal with.
I can’t say enough good things about the team at access storage in Brantford!

Easy to use for both access in and removing stuff. I got a medium sized unit and it was a good size and fit a lot of stuff. The office staff were friendly and really helpful both in person and over the phone. I was able to change the card on my account over the phone and when it was time to close down my account after moving my stuff out the process was super easy as well! Would reccomend
